After getting burned by another popular air conditioning contractor, I was pleased to find trustworthy Hassell through referral from a family member who had used them for years. We needed to replace one of our central air units, and they gave us a very competitive bid – not the lowest out of the four bids we got, but close to it, and they found several defects in our existing system that they fixed while they were here for no extra charge – sharply angled ducts that were the cause of the one bedroom not getting enough heat/​air, and other issues. Straight talking, no pressure, no sales gimmicks, just straightforward service for a fair price. I like that.

Finally found an a/​c business I can trust. I’ve used HASSELL for my personal home and rental. They show up on time. Best of all I don’t feel ripped off when they are done. My A/​c went out and I called early the next day. They came out on the same day and fixed it. They found out exactly what’s wrong and fixed the unit. Around my circle of friends Hassell has a reputation of giving a fair price and not adding on nonsense repairs. The techs are seasoned and really know their business. We won’t go anywhere else.
