Bernie kicks butt… mine especially! have had a few trainers but she really knows how to motivate you and get results. especially helped me on the diet side.
location is very nice and intimate, has everything you need. very professional and comfortable… and REALLY clean… something missing from many places.

Really nice facility, very intimate, has everything you need to get everything you need done… especialy a kick @#$ trainer. Bernie is as good as it gets and can help you achieve whet your goals are. If you want to get serious about getting in shape, this is the place for you. They kicked me into high gear and I have not stopped!
