I was in the market for some furniture, I heard bad things about a couple of stores. I decided to just Google some furniture stores in the valley, came up to Home Sleep Home. I called them and asked if they had what I was looking for and they did so I decided to drive out to the store even though I lived in Peoria and they are in Mesa. I figured it would be worth the drive because they had cool things on their website. The girl that helped me was extremely helpful and never pushy which was a nice change. She let me have my space and shop and I would ask questions when they came up! I ended up buying everything for my house from this store and had EVERYTHINGINSTOCK! I was so happy because I don’t like waiting for things. They delivered it three days later and set it up for me which was super helpful because I wouldn’t be able to do that by myself! The delivery guys were so funny and nice. Everything from the phone call to getting my furniture was awesome! I would definitely recommend this store. And even better the whole family works there, I even met the owners adorable baby that is all over the ads!!!

With a 3rd baby on her way, we decided it was time to get bunk beds for our other two. The idea was to order with plenty of time for them to arrive before Christmas. After visiting a few stores, we found Home Sleep Home. We ordered a bunk bed from their catalog on November 8th. On November 14th we get a call that the bed we ordered has been discontinued but they knew of an identical one for the same price. We went ahead and switched to that bed. We were told it would take 10 days to 2 weeks to arrive. After 4 weeks had passed I called the store to check the status. They said no bed yet but they would call me as soon as it came in. After 5 weeks I called again quite disappointed after they told me it might come after Christmas. I said if that was the case, I wanted a refund. I was quickly informed by a very unapologetic, Autumn, that they don’t do refunds and it still hadn’t been 6 weeks yet. Really?! Now it’s 6 weeks? And no refunds? How convenient. So, after speaking to Autumn who was rude and clueless, I spoke with a manager who said it was on the shipment and I would get it that week. The day came for him to set up delivery and no phone call. I called the next day and spoke to another manager who said his name was Daniel(I“m told later that Daniel was on vacation so it must have been Damien???). He assures me he will speak to a manager and have them call me that afternoon. He also reminds me «now, remember it’s just furniture and no reason to be that upset». What a slogan for a furniture company. I never got a call back. I finally called back two days later and got Autumn again who said my bed would come next week. I said I was told it was already there. She continued to argue with me. She then put me on hold and I got disconnected. After 4 or so calls back I finally got through to Ashley, the owner’s daughter. She was the first competent and truly apologetic person with whom I spoke. After thoroughly looking for my beds she saw that the order had been CANCELLED the day it was made!!! 6 weeks of stress for nothing!!! Ashley gave us a refund and we took our money down to Pigsty Kids where we bought a bed and took it home that same day. We will NEVER shop here again.

I recently moved back to the area and was in desperate need of a couch. My boyfriend and I were in the mall and happened by Home Sleep Home. We walked around and were greeted and everyone seemed nice and helpful. We spent around an hour there trying out couches and finally we decided on one that we could customize the fabric and pillow covers. Awesome! We were beyond excited. The couch was scheduled to be delivered in three weeks’ time. Fast forward three weeks and no phone call. I called the monday before the scheduled delivery and the girl on the phone told me my couch was in the warehouse and they could even deliver it a day sooner than expected. Very exciting news for us because we had been living in our apartment for going on 2 weeks with no couch and a very empty living room. Two days later we decided to go back to Home Sleep Home to look for a coffee table to go with our couch. We had a good experience so we figured, why not? We spend around an hour looking around and decide on a coffee table that we wanted to purchase. We find someone to help us and he goes in search of the invoice to ensure the table could be delivered with our couch. At first our invoice is nowhere to be found and we sat waiting until finally the guy comes back to tell us that not only is our couch NOT in their warehouse ready to be delivered, but it wasn’t even made! The manufacturer had called them supposedly monday to tell them the fabric wasn’t compatible with the couch we picked. So not only were we not told about it, but when we called, some girl told us the couch was ready to be delivered! They told us our only option was to pick out another fabric and wait another three weeks for it to be ready. At this point, we were extremely upset about their lack of communication and they certainly dropped the ball on their customer service. We did not want to wait another three weeks. We just wanted our money back. Apparently, not only was a refund not an option, but if they were to «refund» us(for the couch that hadn’t even been made) they were going to charge us a 30% restocking fee! Restocking of what exactly? Since we didn’t want to be charged this restocking fee, we ended up getting store credit and finding another couch. Now that it’s safely inside my apartment, I can guarantee we will never be shopping here EVERAGAIN. I advise you to do the same.

I recently moved to Tempe and was overwhelmed when I had to furnish the room that I rented at my friends house. There are so many options of furniture stores in the area, mattress stores, online stores, and I didn’t know where to start. After spending several days searching consignment stores, furniture stores, etc. I decided to take the day off and go to the mall. That was my lucky day! I saw the store«home sleep home», so I decided to take a quick look. Suddenly, all of my problems were solved. Home Sleep Home has by far the best prices in the entire area aswell as top quality beautiful products. I was able to furnish my entire room in one stop. I could not be happier. The service was fabulous and there are plenty of great employees ready to assist. They have a great sales team and tell you their honest opinions, not just trying to make sales. They know that the quality of the products speaks for itself! One other thing that I loved is they will ship, setup and deliver everything for practically nothing! I am going to go here for everything in the future and will recommend it to everyone I know! No more wasting time, get over to Home Sleep Home today! A very satisfied customer, Megan

Even though I am the buyer’s daughter, Jeff just made an even worse impression of the store with his comment. It’s a sad day when an employee has to insult a customer in efforts to increase business. Just sad… And the sofa I ended up buying was made in America, and even got another sofa set that was made in Italy from another store with the BEST customer service… something Home Sleep Home doesn’t endorse. They even speak to elderly customers with disrespect.
