STAY FAR AWAY FROM HERE! I went in for a body perm with a picture of how I had it styled 2 years ago, hoping for the same look. The stylist, Sylvia, said no problem. When the perm was done, she put 6 handfuls of mousse in my hair and placed me under the dryer (this was her version of styling). 20 minutes later she said that she was all done, without showing it to me. I went home and looked at the style. My hair was hard as a rock and looked nothing like my picture. I now have open sores on my head, some of my hair is fused to my scalp, and has fallen out leaving me with thinned out spots. When I called for a refund, I was informed told by Sylvia to speak with the owner Margie, who told me to go to the salon for it to be issued. Upon my arrival, Sylvia refused to do the refund saying, «I just said that so I can tell you face to face that I wasn’t going to refund your money».
Save yourself the hassle and NEVER get your hair done at this establishment. I will be contacting the licensing commission.
