Came in today (⁶⁄₃) to look at a couch that my girlfriend had seen about 2 weeks ago. Kari the sale associate was very knowledgable and helpful when it came to our many questions! We also fell in love with a new kitchen table and she was able to take care of us with that also! Overall

Yes this place may seem like they have great deals but the really don’t. If you buy furniture and it does not work or your not happy with it they will not let you return it for full refund because they say it’s financed already! So Beware once you walk out the door you are stuck with it

My husband and I had promised our girls bunk beds, so when I saw this store while driving down Val Vista, I took note of the name and looked them up online. Now, I’m no bunk bed expert, but I knew what I didn’t want. There was a wide selection at many different price points. The next week we decided to go in to see what they had in the store.
The store is fairly large and has a decent selection of all types of furniture. Knowing what we were there for, we made a beeline for the back of the store. There were a couple girls working who greeted us when we walked in but allowed us to browse without checking in with us every couple minutes, which I appreciated. I wasn’t happy with the in store selection, so when I inquired about other models I was shown a book and the girl that helped me looked up the pieces I was interested in to see if they were in stock at the warehouse.
The girls chose the beds they wanted and we placed our order. We put half down, and paid the remaining balance when the beds came in. They offer financing but we didn’t use it. The beds came in quickly (within the week) and because it was a «special order», refunds are not accepted. Free delivery with the Unilocal check in, which we took advantage of, and we were able to have it delivered that weekend which also went smoothly.
The bed was delivered in flat boxes and we had to put it together, which wasn’t difficult. Just our luck, we get close to finishing and two pieces don’t line up. Ugh!!! I called and they had me email them pictures so they could pass them on and get me a replacement piece. I took the bad part in, they sent it off and I had my replacement in a week. Easy.

I have been to InStock Furniture several times in search of the perfect furniture for my home. I searched every store in the valley for the perfect round table and chairs. I finally found a beautiful table at Instock that I got for a great price. The staff was very nice and helpful. The table I wanted was not an item they carried in the store. I am very picky! I was able to find it in an order book. They let me know exactly when the item would be delivered. The fee for delivery was very reasonable. The chairs and table are very heavy and sturdy. So far they have held up to the abuse of my rowdy boys and dog.
I also have a very nice mattress that I got for a fraction of the price of other stores. I wish they would have been around back in ’95 when I moved here and paid 2k for a mattress that lasted 2 years. Their mattresses are displayed in the store so that you can try them out for the perfect fit. I can buy beds for my entire house here for the same price one mattress at other stores (Roomstore).

Was searching for a couch online for my new house I had just bought. This store came up on the google search & just so happened to be only a mile or so away. I went to the store & was surprised by how big of a showroom they had to see. The two ladies working were very polite, greeted me as I entered, & left me alone to shop which I LOVED as I am one of those people where I know what I’m looking for when I go shopping somewhere & I do not like being bothered by sales people. If I see something I want, I’ll grab the person that greeted me & make the purchase, easy for me, easy commission for them. Moving on when I was in the store I did not find any couches that I liked but I ended up buying a six person high top dining room set along with the matching 60 inch tv stand. Both are beautiful pieces & I got them at a good price of $ 1200.00 total. They delivered to my house the next day, the purchase was very quick & easy, the sales lady also let me know to check out their catalog & anything I saw that I liked they could order & have delivered. I’m not big on buying furniture without seeing it first but I would definitely recommend going to the showroom & taking a look around.

They have the WORST customer service ever! I think her name is Becky, she has brown hair and just got married, She is very RUDE! I have never felt so mad leaving a furniture store, because of her. I have been waiting over a month for my couches to arrive. I went in to find out where they were, her answer I got 3 in but I was going to give them to someone else, even knowing I have been waiting so long. NO phone call to tell me they got my couch. She has a BAD attitude, she is a smart ass in every way. I will NEVER return there for anything! I hope they go out of business for the way it is being ran. Ron Hire someone friendly, courteous helpful caring nice just a few things all your employees are currently missing! INSTOCK means you have it, and they DONT!

The staff is helpful and the prices are good. The selection is basic and I like that. So often, furniture stores carry over-​the-​top selection that I can’t imagine putting in my house. I think I found the storage ottoman we were looking for.

Not only is the staff helpful, their prices are great! They’ll price match furniture, which is great too. I found an Ashley couch online for $ 100 less than what they were offering, and they matched the price! Plus, they have delivery all over the valley too!
I haven’t used it, but they also have 0% financing for those that want/​need their furniture now.
