I visited Dr. Love because I suspected that a growing spot on my forehead might be cancer — I’ve had skin cancer before. Dr Love’s assistant got me an appointment right away. His office is small with only one other person working.
As a first patient, I had only a very minimal form to fill out, with very few questions. I had to wait a while so I noticed that he personally came out to the waiting room to call in each person and escort the previous person out — to me a good sign.
When my turn came he apologized for my having to wait and then examined me and decided that the precancerous growth should be taken care of right away — which he offered to do then and there by freezing with liquid nitrogen. I accepted. He disappeared for a short while to prepare and came back and took care of me. After he was done he asked if there was anything else I needed and showed me to the door with a minimal bill.
I’ll be back once a year from now on for a derm check — I really like the way he rolls as does a co-​worker who’s also been to his office. He has the doctor skills without the doctor ego!

Just a quick update a year later. Still a rock star with awesome office staff!

Dr. Love is such an amazing doctor and genuine caring person. He truly listens and cares about his patients. The wait time is also very minimal which is great. I would recommend him to anyone who needs a great Dermatologist in the area.

I have been seeing Dr. love for over 17 years and I highly recommend him. He is very gentle and makes you feel incredibly comfortable with any situation you may be experiencing.

had my first trip to a dermatologist office. not sure if it was stress or what but my face was freaking out and it was really starting to affect my everyday mood so i finally sought out some help.
I was not sure what to expect all i know is i really wanted some help and some help was needed asap.
it is not your normal physician so you do not get the whole get to know you factor (at least i didnt).
i did like it though that as soon as he walked in he got right down to business. He was very nice and could tell right away how upset my face was making me. He answered every question i could think of and prescribed me things to get started that same day.
proud to say 2 weeks later i am feeling back to my conceited self again and my face is on its way to being magazine cover ready :)
Very happy i sucked it up and went to see a dermatologist.
