Something in my garage fell on my new Lexus and dented the hood. Ugggh! I made an appointment with Maaco to fix it before I saw the awful negative review of this place, but I saw the review when I was looking up the map on my iPhone. So I had a little anxiety about leaving my beautiful car with them. But I already had the appointment, so I went.
Must say, I am totally pleased with the work. They pulled the dent out, finished it smooth, and repainted the hood, and I can’t tell where the work was done — it looks perfect. It’s been over two weeks now, and looks great. Actually, Max, Maaco appears to have upgraded their anti-​peeling warranty from one year to three.
I marked them down from five stars to four because of the confusion and delay in the rental car they arranged for me. Otherwise no complaints.
Update 16 months later — My car still looks great. You’d never know the hood had been damaged.

Very friendly, but the quality of the work is terrible, the paint came off my car 2 weeks after I had it painted, when I picked the car up I asked them if I should be concerned about the little bubbles on the clear coat and they said no, well I should have told them to correct it on the spot.
The warranty was explained wrong to me, I was told 1 year warranty, in truth it’s 6 months warranty and the next 6 months are pro-​rated at 50%. I now have a car where the paint is flaked off all over, not happy with the work at all. I spent $ 1250 there and my paint only lasted 2 weeks.
