Great Mattress Buying Experience! I visited this store twice in one week just to make sure I got to deal with the same people for the actual purchase. Daniel and Karl are not your typical salesmen. They are both personable and sincere, patient and knowledgeable. Not pushy nor cheesy! The real test was winning over my husband who I dragged in and he left happy and impressed as well. Thanks guys looking forward to a GOOD night’s sleep :)

Great customer service from sales through delivery. I did not order a low profile box spring and only thought about it after the fact. Not a problem — box spring was delivered in days! Very happy with my new mattress and pillows!

I took half my day and went shopping around local shops looking at mattresses. My 1^st stop was MaterssFIRM. The sales person was very friendly and showed me what I wanted in my price range. I found something for a decent price and all seemed okay. I continued with shopping around a couple more mattress shops and found that I actually liked a more expensive foam/​gel style mattress and was willing to spend more money. I called MatressFIRM back and gave them a chance to show me something comparable to what I was more interested. They showed me the Icomfort Genius foam/​gel matrass and I loved it. I showed them my comparisons and prices and they beat my lowest price that was $ 500 off due to a sale on a very expensive Simmons Comforpedic mattress. MatressFIRM beat the price, threw in a mattress cover free and delivered the item the next day. Both the Mattresses had a 25-​year warranty, as long as it is well taken care of. MatressFIRM threw in a free mattress cover «Protect-​A-​Bed» that should help it keep moisture from passing through the material. The other Simmons wanted to charge me more for the mattress cover. Very satisfied with the sale, hope I am just as satisfied with the mattress they saved me over $ 800. Thank you Robert O.
Note: «Any» stain on the mattress will void the warranty so a cover is very valuable for protecting the mattress, why Simmons would not throw one in free shot closed the sale deal for me.

Purchased a mattress from John French and was told I needed to pick it up in Phoenix from the «warehouse» which is over 1 hr + from where I live. Wanting the mattress right away so agreed to pick it up. After driving all the way to Phoenix to the warehouse was informed that the mattress would not be available until the next day (10^th). They said they were going to upgrade my mattress at no charge and i thought that was a good deal. After loading up the vehicle and heading back home, looked on the internet to find out that they DID NOT upgrade the mattress but did in fact «DOWNGRADE» it! They also did not provide the right dimensions asked for. After finding out how «SHADY» this deal had gone I just wanted my money back. They informed us that I would have to return the matress (now in East Mesa) back to Phoenix and then it would take 5 – 7 days to give me back my money. How easy it was to take my «CASH» for the purchase, but once the money exchange hands the games began.
