My husband and I have always had hand me down mattresses for the 12 years we have been together. Yesterday I woke up in pain from our crappy mattress. We went to this Mattress Firm and John assisted us in finding the best mattress for what we needed. We had to finance the mattress but it was an easy process. We were in there a half hour tops. Walked out after purchasing the mattress with a smile on our face. The mattress set has already been delivered. The delivery guys were very professional. They were courteous, knew just what they were doing. They were in and out in a matter of minutes. To buy a mattress, have it delivered the next day on time and courteously, you just can’t beat this store. We are extremely impressed with the service we received and will be returning and asking for John whenever we need to replace other beds in the house.

We visited this store today and were assisted by Cesar 90% and Matt 10% and I want to say that these two gentlemen were awesome, listened to our concerns and recommended the bed for us to replace our 15 year old spare bed in the guest room. We ended up getting a tempur pedic bed but the price was out of our range so Cesar came up with a solution he found our bed we wanted from his «clearance» center which still has a full warranty on it and completely disclosed that it was non returnable, it was 35% off standard price plus gave us $ 300 in «cool cash» to use on anything in the store so we bought new cooling pillows and all in all it was a painless experience and we were done in about an hour. Thanks guys for the easy buying experience! Will be back for our next bed.

I shopped there yesterday and I have never in my life had such a terrible experience. The sales person John was so rude I will not shop there. He kept saying to his sales partner that he could not believe that I was not buying and kept asking if I was joking and that I was kidding him. It was in a very rude manner and sarcastic tone. I am also a business owner and would never speak to one of my customers this way. I do understand that this is a commissioned job, but kindness and consideration goes a long way. Especially being that this is a rather large purchase and one should not feel bullied into buying when I did state I was bringing my Husband by in the morning. Not only did the sales person refuse to give me his card but continued being rude. I am shocked at the lack of professionalism, and will continue to share my opinion in regards to this particular store.
