I mean what can you expect from a McDonald’s? The inside is very nice and clean. There are some good employees but a lot of them clearly hate being there. Never had a problem with the food though. What makes this location suffer is really the location. One one occasion there was somebody locked in the bathroom stall for a very long period of time and one my last visit there was an actual fight that broke out between an employee and someone else that included plenty of profanity, the use of the n word, and the employee going after the guy with a broom. The employee was promptly fired and I had a great story to tell. Another problem is the homeless like to loiter. Most times I can’t even walk across the parking lot without someone asking me for a cigarette or money. So yeah use the drive thru if you can.

Some of the employees at this McDonald’s are very rude. I went there for breakfast the other day. When the lady opened the window in the drive thru to give me my food I said hello and she just handed me my food without even saying a word and then closed the window. Similar situation when I was there after midnight. The cashier working in the drive thru said nothing but the price of the food and looked at me like I was an inconvenience. She was probably mad at me for interrupting her smoke break since I saw her outside smoking when I pulled into the parking lot.

REDFLAG: This McDonald’s across from Banner Desert Hospital on Southern just west of Dobson does NOT open at the stated opening time! The door sign states that they open at 5am and twice in a couple of weeks I have gone there after 5:30am and the door is still locked and the external lights are still out. Both times there were employees in the store. When I tried the door(locked) the employees looked right at me but then turned and started doing something else rather than open the door. The first time there were about a dozen people standing around waiting for them to open. This time I was the only customer so other customers have probably given up. Does this store NOT have a manager???
