A desolate wasteland with no hope of customer service. If you walked into this building on fire, the sales people (if there are any) wouldn’t so much as spit on you.
I went in for a desk today, no one even said «Hi’ as I entered with my girlfriend. After 20 minutes of looking at desks and then finally deciding on one we still had not seen one customer service rep. I stood in the main isle and literally shouted «Hello? Anyone working today»? with no response. finally 5 minutes later a woman came and asked if we needed anything in a very lazy tone, as if we were disturbing her afternoon nap. She offered no apology or explanation as to why it took so long to help us. I asked if the desk I wanted was in stock, she scanned it, said it was in stock, told me to take the card to the cashier, and walked away hastily. I was so annoyed that after all that, I left and went to the OfficeMax location on Stapley and the US60 to buy the desk.
I’ve worked several retail jobs and I can’t comprehend how these people get away with this sort of attitude. I’ll be attempting to contact the district manager to let him or her know about the incompetence of the staff at this location.

No stars, and for hq as well. I’ve never gone into a business where more inept people worked! Employees walked around like they had no desire to be there, and they got that attitude from the manager, who didn’t even help the clerk who was trying to redeem a gift card we got from hq!
Hq? More like «dilligaf» to anyone with a legitimate issue with a store.

I saw a great Hp laptop for sale. Lower price than Best buy. So i went in there. The store was clean and not busy. Couldn’t find the laptop on display. So i asked someone and he helped me and got me the laptop. No problems so far. As i was paying for it the guy helping me offered a service agreement, I declined, He further asked me and offered me a lower price. Being in sales i knew that was a good thing not just give up. I declined again. I just said well no thanks, i appreciate you explaining it though. I was nice about it. But after that he was kinda rude about it. I could tell he was upset that i declined. His attitude seemed to change from helpful to pissed off in a second. oh well.

As far as selection goes, this Office Max has the same selection. As far as customer service goes, it’s not so great. I’ve been here several times, and the staff is always in a hurry to get away from helping me, or they are not present at all.
There was another time, when the girl at the checkout counter was just rude. There was a very friendly guy in front of me, and he was very nice to her and trying to make her smile, and she just glowered at him. He didn’t deserve that! I got the cold shoulder too.
