Staples

Had a great experience at Staples today. I was trying to print some attachments from my email. Was having some technical difficulties with their computer and printing function. Their employee Stephen was a great help! He helped transform what started as a frustrating experience into a great experience. Thank you Stephen!

This is an updated review. I’m sad to go from a 4 star down to a 1 star, but things have changed so greatly in this store and I’m so very disappointed. There was a huge turnover with employees and they got rid of some of their best employees. The team that used to work there is no longer there and the service now is highly disappointing and not up to standard for me at all. Most recently, I went to the copy and print center at this store yesterday and had some photos laminated. They didn’t trim the lamination at all – they literally stuck it in the lam pouch and sealed it and there were several inches of overhang on the sides. Some other photos were pixelated really bad, which shouldn’t have happened because I sent the correct document and dpi size. The young kid working behind the counter had an «oh well» attitude and kind of shrugged and said, «It happens.» I feel like the customer service has gone down so much since the last team got let go or moved to other locations. They really had some great gems working for them and am not sure why they let them go. I feel like it has greatly negatively impacted the effectiveness of this store and for that reason, I will be shopping elsewhere at OfficeMax.

Went here to get a pack of printer paper and a notepad for class. Their copy paper prices are astoundingly high so I went to Walmart and saved about 60%, I tried to get a pad of paper and got stalked by this employee who dedicated her life then to helping me, or else. She would not stop closely following me, invading my personal space at times.
I had to finally walk away without getting the main thing I went there for because she was staring at me and wouldn’t go away. She kept trying to convince me to get something different, all I wanted was a plain old yellow legal pad but she seemed convinced that since I had a pack of post-​it notes in my hand there was no way I could possibly want a legal pad.
I left without getting the main things I went to the store for just to get away from her. Very creepy.

This location has been heaven sent for me this past month. It has what I need for the day with a user friendly self-​help section in the Copy Center. I’ve sent faxes, made copies and did my research on the internet for businesses all in one stop. Every staff person is always ready to help or give suggestions. They have given me some great buying tips on my computer accessories which have saved me some time. I recommend using this office center for whatever you need for your office or personal home office. Also there are some improvements coming that will amaze you!
