Fantasic service at this location!!! I worked with Lisa on my intial rental there and she was so genuine and sweet. Made the process very easy. Several weeks later I realized I needed a larger unit and holy moly the transition to a larger space was so easy due to the help by Sandie and Holly. We were treated with such kindness and respect by them with any questions we had or whatever we needed. I have been in a handful times since the first rental date (about a month ago) and every time the professionalism and friendliness is always consistent. Also the property is well maintained and always clean. I highly recommend!!!

Sandie was wonderful, Mom wants to adopt her. I don’t know how she could have been more helpful and accommodating. Efficient and professional. I talked to or visited 5 different storage facilities and Sandie was the number one reason I chose Public Storage. Then seeing the facility, I knew I made the right choice.

I downsized to a smaller storage unit today and Sandy was awesome to work with! She was very thorough at explaining our options and more importantly, she treated me like family and really took care of me. She went above and beyond my expectations and made the transition so easy. Thanks Sandy!

The staff here is super friendly and helpful! Connie helped me get my storage unit set up quickly and efficiently, all with a smile. I got in and out within 20 – 30 minutes. The facilities are clean and well organized. It’s pretty much what you’re supposed to get at a storage facility-​nothing to get overly excited about, but they do what they do well.
The one thing lacking is an alarm on individual units that is associated with gate entries. But the place seems otherwise well monitored and secure.

The local staff is awesome! However the regional manager and public storage policy works against customers who want to consume (spend) more with public storage. This «work» aggravates, frustrates, and alienates customers (me). It was really weird for me to have to work so hard to give more money to the company, all the while, having the regional managers work so hard to avoid me doing more business with the company?!
