I will NEVER go here again! Kimberly gave me a mani/pedi and during the mani cut my cuticle back so far I bled then during the pedi, damn near rubbed the skin right off the top of my foot with the sugar scrub! She then proceeded to tell me I was too old for the color of gels that I asked for! I asked for french manicure on both toes and nails except for the ring finger nail, I want silver sparkle. She said«people over forty shouldn’t have that, only teenagers» She then charged me 58 bucks…(no price break for making me bleed). I left for WI the next day only for the toe nails to start chipping and the gels to peel just three days into my visit with my son and new grand daughter. This place SUCKS! The techs SUCK, the product SUCKS and Walmart SUCKS for having them in the store!

Is there a 0 star option? A big fat 0 is what I would like to rate them. This place is a JOKE. I came here because I had to pick up some gardening supplies inside Walmart. I thought I could save myself a trip to my nail salon at Mesa Riverview and just do a one stop deal and save time. The technician did not do a good job on the initial drill filing and smoothing because you can now see the line of the old acrylic underneath of the new acrylic. Had she filed the old acrylic down thinner and clipped off and filed again the acrylic that was no longer adhering to the nail this would not have happened. When applying the new acrylic she made it really thick and never filed it down to make it thinner with a more natural smooth look. She also didn’t file closely around the cuticle to make a smoother transition from the nail bed to the nail. She applied a too thick of a coat on the finishing gel. When the nail grows out a bit the thick coating is significantly noticeable. I can see why people come here, because the prices are super cheap. However, quality and expertise goes a long way with me. Let’s see… come here, save a few minutes & bucks, and look like I have trailer trash nails. Or take the time to drive to my salon, pay 10 bucks more, and have lovely natural looking pink & white nails with a thin coat of gel. I can’t figure it out. Do they not know how to do nails correctly? Or do they not care? Is their primary concern with volume and getting customers in & out to make more $$$? Possibly so, because I don’t see quality of work they do as a concern. Respect yourself and go to a different salon! You will be much happier with the final product!

The worst. Young man that did pedicure was rough and spoke no english. Cut nails so short it hurt! Man that did manicure was dirty and ground nails to paper thin. Will take months to get my nails to recover. Have had nails done many places, this is awful.
