I love Royal Cleaners! I was first referred to them by a friend who worked close by so I tried them only taking s couple of my husband ms shirts in, it was less then $ 3 for for 2 shirts and they were perfect! I then decided to take several more items including a pair of jeans that my husband likes to be extra heavy starched, they did an AMAZING job! I’ve never had any problems, never had anything lost, ruined etc. I take anywhere between 4 – 8 items a week and I’ve always been impressed.

So I’ve been to this business now about 3 additional times since my initial review and I have to say the older gentleman that works there is very, very rude. I had a BRAND new men’s shirt laundered my last visit (entirely b/c I didn’t want to iron it) and it came back with a blood!?! stain on the cuff. I pointed this out to him and he very rudely brushed it off as our fault, even though I explained to him that it’s brand new and I took the tags off in there business b/f sending it off to be cleaned. I won’t be returning to this business which is a shame b/c it’s the closest to my house and I dry clean quite often. I gave it 2 stars b/c the older lady that works there is nice but I seem to have to deal with the gentleman for my pick ups.

I’ve had this place clean my suit for awhile now, so last week I decided to bring in a wool sweater of mine in also. Big mistake. I got the sweater back and initially it looked fine, but today when I went to put it on I discovered it had 8+ holes in it! I will be taking this to the owners, and most likely never coming back here again.

Went here for the first time because they had the 1.95 mens shirt special. Will never take my dry cleaning back to this cleaner. Went in to drop off my dry cleaning and they gave me a receipt with the charges. Then went to pick up the cloths and the charges on my first receipt had been calculated wrong by $ 20 and they would not honor the first receipt. Bad business if you want a customer to come back. One of the short sleeved shirts was charged as a sweater because it was a heavy cotton material ect. I will be going back across the street to my orginal dry cleaner.

Very prompt and clean. Basic good service is all I need when it comes to dry cleaning and repairs. They got a couple very bad stains out, which I thought might be impossible. Maybe a little pricey, but being right next to Starbucks kind of makes up for this! And they have a talking register, which is pretty cool too.

I was in the area so I tried out royal cleaners. A bit pricey I think… the 2 out of 3 pairs of shorts I had them repair (buttons) have came off again. Being that they weren’t cheap I expected a much better job

I had an alteration. Nothing special. They got the job done. I thought the price may have been a little high but I didn’t really shop around. It was just the closest place to my house.

After a bad experience at another cleaner I was on the hunt for a better one. I found reviews of this place online and gave it a try. I have now been using this cleaner for nearly a year and have had zero issues. The owner is friendly and my items have always been cleaned well and on time. My only minor complaint would be that the cost of having a long concert dress cleaned is a bit pricey, but their prices on everything else seem fair.
