They do not like answering their phones, and then very rude when one goes into their office for an appointment and asks why they do not answer their phones. Glad we do not have to deal with them anymore.

Not even with one star. I was having a medical emergency and my husband called them and because I had not been seen in a few years she said they couldn’t help me and to call my primary care. What kind of care is that??? WTF! My husband was so mad. He actually had to call my PCP to get help. They are the least helpful doctor’s office ever. I will be finding another cardiologist.

First visit. Receptionist could benefit from some additional people skills training. Waited over one hour to see Dr Copeland, but was pleased with her. She took the time to listen and talk with us instead of rushing through the appointment. I don’t mind waiting as much when the Dr takes time with you once he or she comes in the room. They do not have the capability to draw labs or take x-rays so you must go to two additional places to accomplish that, if needed.
