I know this location for years. I only eat at this location and drive further to come here. Extremely clean and food is always great. Employees are polite and I have met the owner many many times. She cares about the store. Perhaps that is why it’s clean and operates fast when she is there.

The owner has horrible customer service. Long story short, I went in and ordered food and their credit card machine went out. I was then told that I can not take my food that was already made because their equipment didn’t work.(The food added up to about $ 25) After weeks of waiting for a call to try to make things write I didn’t hear anything. I then e-mailed and said that I was going to post on social media. I quickly got a call and was told that I was rude and they would give me 50% off my next meal. I told them no thank you and that i will not be returning. I will drive down the street to Power and Baseline and be treated how a customer should be treated.

Always have great service at this location! The owner and her crew are the best! I have been going to this subway for 7 — 8 yrs now and have never had bad service or bad food. Thank you maryam(and your good employees as well!). This will always be my subway as long as you are there!

I’ve been going to this subway for 5 years and have always had a good experience. Food always seems fresh and they always seem to have what I want in stock, which is more I can say about a lot of other subways. Staff seems as friendly as expected. Never dealt with management but never had to so I guess that’s a plus!

Decent food, typical Subway franchise fare. However the owner’s bossy attitude might turn you off! The owner is bossy — even to the point of giving her opinions on your topping choices and/or telling you that you should have upgraded your sandwich because«it’s a better deal». I have heard her speak rudely to her employees, which explains why she has a new teenager working there every single month.
