Super Spiffy Cleaning

Rude and unprofessional service. I called Super Spiffy cleaning to clean up my house after the tenants left. I gave them all of the information correctly, 1500 to 2000 sq ft, three bedrooms, no furniture. The manager on the phone even offered to clean the outside windows at the cost that she quoted.
When the crew arrived they immediately started complaining that the house was dirtier than expected. He complained about spider webs (I did not see any), he said he could not get the sink clean (I got it very clean) Rather than call back to the superior to work things out, the crew continued to complain and blame me. The floors where clean but the walls had some marks on them.
They did not wash all of the outside windows. I had to go buy new inserts for the stove top because he did not wash those, The crew lead did not bring water to drink and my water was off so he had to go down to the store — 15 to 20 minutes — to buy some water. I had to call him to clean the floor in the kitchen where some paper and dirt had fallen. Then he left all of the water bottles and trash on my front porch and an empty cleaning bottle in my driveway.
The one woman cleaned well and worked hard, so they may have some good employees. However, I will never use them again. I do not need to deal with some tatooed, long haired jerk and neither should you.
