I would give no stars if i could. We went in because my husband’s battery was dying rapidly. We were told some mumbo jumbo about if we just replace the battery it could cause other problems with the phone. It could be true but i felt like they just wanted the sale of a new phone for him but i didn’t feel like arguing or driving around to find a replacement battery. We bought him a new phone and i notice when i get home on the my account app that the girl had added insurance at $ 10 per month without my authorization. I called the store and was given more mumbo jumbo about how it could have been a mistake and he couldn’t correct it and i would have to wait until Monday to talk to her so she could fix it, this was Saturday when we were in. So you mean to tell me i should have to wait three days for her to fix her«mistake»? The guy on the phone never even offered me an apology for the inconvenience. Whether it’s a mistake or on purpose what should have been said is I’m really sorry for that let me see what i can do to fix it. Poor customer service and i feel like we were given the run around. Spent 15 minutes of my life i will never get back on the phone with customer care to fix her mistake.
