So dirty! There’s piles of clutter everywhere. The employees are nice. But I cannot get past how dirty it is. Everytime I go the nail polish always all over my cuticles. And they get upset when I ask them to clean it up. When getting my eyebrows waxed I noticed the bed they have you lay on has used paper liner on top of other used paper liner. After waxing one eyebrow the employee would set the used wax strip on my shoulder while she put wax on my other eyebrow. The place is not sanitary at all. Use caution and bring your own nail polish or just don’t go at all. I will not be going back!

Tools not sanitized– I watched the nail tech use the cuticle cutters on me, wipe them off, and put them back in the drawer. Gross! He was also not very friendly at all, and way more interested in having a conversation with the other employees than my mani/​pedi. Several times he stopped in the middle of the massage to carry on a conversation with his co-​workers, leaving me just sitting there with his hand still on my legs.
Not a very clean place either, and the selection of polish was highly lacking. I chose a beautiful color by OPI called Purple Velvet… which I later found out is from 2009! I know this because the manicure chipped and I went to look for a place to buy the polish to do a patch repair. The color is no longer available at all, because it’s SEVEN years old. No wonder it chipped.
I will not be coming back here, and recommend you do not go either. Sad because they’re close to my house and their prices are pretty good.

I have only one complaint and its the price. I am not used to paying almost $ 55 dollars for gel nails and my feet don’t, but again I had to remember where I was at, I am assuming arizona is high like that well in that area. This is a late review but I had to give them props because I got my nails done three times there (fill ins also) until I left the middle of last year and they were very nice and always was astonished at my color selection, I still have the punch card and I hope I get to visit one more time on a random trip to Arizona and get my nails done, I just have to be prepared to pay because they are not cheap. But my nails were cute and stayed a long time. That’s what matters, I pay for quality.

I’ve always come back bc Kat and Ha Song does my nails very nicely they always accommodate and I love my nails. Kat does sculptured nails and I love them I asked for a French fade and it came out beautiful definitely will come back!

I’ve now been here twice and both times had an average experience. The tools here are not sterilized. Both times the nail technician pulled out tools from her drawer that I had just seen her use on another customer. Also, both times I have had my acrylics done, the polish has peeled off AND they are VERY thick. I will say the customer service at this place is great, and the technicians are great at making you feel like a big group of friends chatting but I just do not feel like I receive quality nail work when I visit.
My main issue with this place was the cleanliness. It seems cluttered and made me disappointing that the tools were not all sanitized before switching them to use on different clients. I came here twice to give it another chance, and because it is so close to my house, but I probably won;t be back.

I got a groupon for my birthday to use here. From my very first phone call to make an appointment, they were rude and speaks very poor english. She got very indignit very quickly. I was finally able to get in and use the groupon but only because I didn’t tell her I had the groupon for a mani-​pedi. When they were done, I handed her the groupon and she very snarkily stated that next time she would not honor the groupon. I very politely told her there will never be a next time. First, I’m not driving all the way to Mesa to be treated like a second class citizen by people who can’t even speak English. Lost what could have been a very valuable customer.

The only nail salon out of many in the area where my gel nail polish had not peeled off after a week even with washing my hands often. Kat and her staff are friendly and take care of the customers. They definitely don’t rush when doing nails like most places do and they always have enough people working for busy days.

My new favorite Nail Salon. I saw this on my way to Mekong and decided to give it a try. The price is affordable and the staff are friendly and good. I also love their massage chair. :-)

I needed a fill for my eye lashes today and found out that my normal technician was out of town. One of my friends told me that this place does eye lash extensions. I decided to try it out since my lashes looked pretty bad since it has been three weeks. To my surprise she did a wonderful job. My eyes were not burning from the glue and the lashes turned out great! She charges 35+ for a fill and mine was only $ 45. What an awesome deal so I decided to get some waxing done too (brows and lips). $ 56 total! The service is not top notch so don’t get discourage by their attitude… the bottom line is they did a good job and affordable so I will be back again

Went here on Wednesday and got a manicure and pedicure. Cost was $ 18 for the pedicure and $ 10 for the manicure. Very clean establishment! Staff was nice and professional. Mimi was absolutely wonderful. Will be back!

I suppose third times are the charm. Went back in to get the full set I wanted last time and was greeted by Mimi (the lady I previously passed off as being rude) and felt so at ease, we talked and she giggled and smiled here and there. So perhaps I was a bit critical and maybe she was having a bad day (ok it was NYE and packed). But I did enjoy myself and got exactly what I asked for. I wish there was a more extensive color choice. I was looking for a specific OPI color but found something sorta similar. Anyhow, I will return, but now I know to go straight after work on a weekday.

My favorite Nail Salon.
I heard about this place via Groupon, so I bought one and decided t check it out.
The service is suburb, they are so friendly and are wiling to try new nail designs or give you recommendations on color combinations.
I have come back multiple times now and am never disappointed. Everyone keeps asking where I get them done at and I am happy to point them in this directions.
I recruited 2 of my friends to come here as well and one of them couldn’t her Groupon app to pop up, so they honored the price of the group ($ 20 for a mani/​pedi) and told her she could come back again with the Groupon another time.
The service is impressive and can’t be beat!

I love coming here. The massage chairs are awesome! Like they really give you a great back massage. I’ve been coming to see Kat for so long. The shop is clean and they are friendly.
