This place has everything I love!
1940’s themed, oldies music, wine, and great customer service. Not to mention the owner makers her own scrubs, lotions, oils, and soaks! If you go I definitely recommend Jackie she was wonderful and was concerned about my needs the whole time:) If you go to ASU or live in the Tempe area you need to go here! It’s not your average nail salon.

If I could give this business zero stars I would. Let me further explain I arrived at the nail salon around 5:30 PM there was only one nail technician. She said she been a nail technician for nine years and I couldn’t tell. Not only were they to expensive my total experience was not worth it. My toenail polish did last one night. My nails look like a four-​year-​old did them. And to top things off I received a wax and she burnt my face. I wouldn’t recommend this business to my worst enemy.

Came in here with 4 of my friends for a mani/​pedi morning before we go to an event this evening. The manager welcomed us and made us feel super welcome. Drinks were offered as soon as we at down and I was paired with Jackie. She was awesome! She’s sweet, makes great conversation and can do toes and nails like nobody’s business. I let her know that I’m a bit sensitive to hot water and she was always attentive to the water temp and even the towel temp was a bit cooler. My new gel nails look fantastic and I couldn’t be happier with the level of customer service I received here!

Décor is amazing but the service was poor. One person for 2 pedicures is just not acceptable for the price. Won’t be going back

Went in for the first time today after having a bad experience with 7 day nail salon at Tempe market place. I can honestly say this place is my new spot! Bb the owner is so sweet and genuinely cares about her customers. Jackie took care of me and my nails, and it was a task! She took her time and really repaired my nails. You can tell they are both genuine and passionate about what they do!
The shop is clean and I absolutely the décor! Feels like you jumped into a 1940’s film, with the possibility of running into Audrey or Marilyn. They offer you complimentary champagne or wine with a service, and even have a «Man Cave» for the boyfriends/​husbands that get dragged along. This salon is changing the playing field for salons everywhere!

Awesome service an atmosphere! From the glitter on the walls to the chairs its an amazing place and the girls are so nice! They also are great at doing designs so don’t be afraid you’ll turn into a Pinterest disaster! Also drinking wine while getting your nails done makes an awesome place even better.

My first time at Starlett and I was very pleased. The staff is professional and courteous. They take the time to get to know you and find out what your manicure style is. I never felt rushed and that’s important. They have perks like drinks and always made them available during my manicure service. I would definitely recommend Starlett Nail Bar & Lounge.

The best nail salon to kick back, have a drink, enjoy yourself and really feel like a starlett! The décor is the cutest with grand chairs and adjustable massagers. The staff is super nice and make you feel at home. Not to mention, they explained how they keep their supplies at the cleanliest levels. They have a variety of nail colors which is really important to me and use the best products that the owner hand picks herself. I’ll be back for sure!

Upon arrival to the building, you’ll find nothing spectacular. Once you step inside though, be ready to be floored! The inside is beautiful, modern, sexy and sophisticated! Feel free to help yourself to the Keurig up front under the large screen tv. While you’re waiting, be sure to get a picture with the cute life sized cutout for that IG post!
The menu includes devices named after the classic Hollywood women. Audrey, Marilyn and Sophia to name a few. They also offer (depending on your service) different soaks and scrubs (including champagne).
On this grand opening day I treated myself to a gel mani with Katie who is a gem and great at what she does. She is very knowledgable in her products and will help an indecisive gal (much like myself) pick something that suits you. I was treated to some bubbly and delicious treats. I’m a mom of 4 so this was a well deserved treat that I look forward to enjoy again!
Ps…have you ever heard of a nail salon that had a man cave?!! This one does! Separate room for your guy if you have to drag him along.
Hands down, great place, friendly people, exceptional service and convenient location (off University & 101).
