Great service! I dropped in one day to send out a textbook I had on loan. Unfortunately, my printer didn’t fully print the scan label and their machines weren’t picking it up. The employee explained that it’s important for the machine to read it so it doesn’t get kicked out and wait for a manual read. I explained it need to get back so I didn’t get charged late fees and of course he had a solution! He allowed me to email my packing slip to them and he printed it out for free. He definitely went the extra mile and I will be a loyal customer for life!

Pass on this UPS Store there are many others who offer a better customer experience. Went to pickup a package this am that I was notified about two days ago. The young lady tried to find my package. She was wonderful and did the best she could with a bad situation. The owner in his infinite wisdom only schedules one person to work the counter when the store opens. Get a clue, this is the Christmas season, you know the time when people are shipping frequently. I should mention there were customer waiting on the store to open so the young lady was swamped immediately. When my turn came she could not find my package so after several minutes she told me she would call when it was found. She did as promised. Like I said she deserves five stars. The owner was in when I arrived and it was obvious to me he had been warned about the unhappy customer. After my transaction I looked over at him and told him what he did to his employee was unfair to her. I also told him it was ridiculous to have only one person during this time of year. His response, Yes. Not another word. Where did this guy get his customer service training. I come from the automotive industry, this guy should deal with a customer who is unhappy about their car. They would eat him alive. Should anyone need a great employee who can handle stress I know one. Too bad she works for this guy.
