The other reviews are correct! This company has very little regard for people let alone customers. I won’t use them. Eleven years ago, a truck from this company tried to run my baby and I off the road with pure aggression in Chandler. They had a number on the truck and I called the number and left a message as well as wrote TMC a letter about it. I would NEVER want that sort of person representing my company and certainly wouldn’t want that type of person working in or around my home. My now 11 year old has heard all the story of that experience. The truck must have been management or the owner because they never even once responded to or acknowledged my concern via phone or letter. I had a pool issue and ran into a TMC employee a few years back and they gave me their card. I saw TMC and the card immediately went into the trash. I won’t use them and found another company to do the work and so far all has been great. I wouldn’t do business with a company that has disrespect and regard for their customers and the community at large.

Do not use this company! I have never dealt with a company who has such little regard for their customers. TMC gouged us financially in every way. They are not up front with their costs and do not honor their thirty day promise to correct parts and labor problems that arise from their lack of competence in doing a job correctly. They are out to do one time jobs because nobody will come back to them after they find out how sleazy TMC and their employees are.

they work on commission, they will tell you everything is broken just to replace, when something really goes wrong… they didn’t know how to fix it.
