Walmart Supercenter

We bought an item online, before we could pick it up someone else picked it up and returned it for a refund. I can’t get a refund because they say its been returned. Seems to be a «inside» job. They had my name but nothing else and still walked away with the order.

I’ll preface by saying I normally avoid Walmart at all costs. That said, this is by far the cleanest, most organized, and quietest Walmart I’ve ever been in. This location actually makes me reconsider shopping there more often.

If you have any kind of car troubles go see Felipe in the auto services. I needed a new battery for my car and Felipe got me in and out quickly. He’s very friendly polite and has great values in customer service.

I had the worst experience here and it’s not the first time at this particular location. An older woman with short gray hair would not price match even though Wal-​Mart always has before and when I told her to remove those items since she wouldn’t price match she threw a tantrum. She also refused to double bag my groceries, Complained to a supervisor. Her crazy behavior rattled me so much that I left my wallet there and had to go back and get it. If you can’t remain calm and professional than retail isn’t for you!

Fairly nice size Wal-​Mart. They always seem to be pretty busy at this location.
The meat selection is average at best. Their meat prices aren’t any better then most other places.
The fruits and vegetable section are below average in my opinion. The Wal-​Mart stores in Louisiana where we moved from always had top notch veggies and it was always fresh. Not so much for this Wal-​Mart location.
The floor layout could be greatly improved upon. They change the direction of their aisles randomly here. It is like going through a maze at times.
You have to be very careful now on your purchases. I have noticed most stores are now deviating from the days where buying in bulk saved you money. Wal-​Mart is no exception.
The most popular items seem to be priced more in bulk now then buying in smaller quantities.
Finding someone on the floor help is near impossible.
Each time I have tried to, they are usually in a pair and fast talking away, making it feel like an inconvenience to approach and ask them for assistance. I have stood by a couple times waiting for them to acknowledge me and never was. So, I went about my business.

Skip this location. They are always out of everything!!! You never realize that’s not the norm until you go to the better Walmarts… Yes we r missing out by going to this one.

It’s walmart, I only go here when I have to. otherwise, I shop at target.

Pretty clean overall. Good selection, but produce and meats are just barely average. Customer Service is just OK. Nothing special here.

Everything about this company sucks. Walmart treats their customers and employees horribly, I mean HORRIBLY! They destroy the communities in which they sit. I’m done, never shopping here again, I don’t care how cheap something might be, there is a high cost to low prices afterall…

I usta live over in this area, and stopped here on many occasions. My problem with this location is this, I stop in the mornings, before 7 and help is non existent. Dressing rooms aren’t open, so I have been in such a hurry for work, I have tried on clothes over what I was wearing, the staff saw, and said and did nothing. When I have asked for assistance, it takes for ever, the person checking out in front of me, this morning, had a difficult time getting help pushing out the two carts of items she brought. She was told it was shift change, and they couldn’t work over time… So. at 7 the whole staff leaves at once, great way to manage a store.

Over all this has to be one of the better Walmarts I have been in. Store always seems clean, staff seems nice. No complaints!

My wife returned a book that she ordered from Wal-​Mart online. She had the receipt and everything she needed for the return. However when it was scanned in, even though the item was clearly marked on the receipt, the computer did not understand it and kept saying her book wasn’t on the receipt. It took over 15 minutes for a manager to come over and solve the problem. You’d think a manager would be posted by the returns counter, by alas no, that would be logical.
Oh, and I don’t know about just Wal-​Marts in general, but there never seems to be any hot water in the bathrooms at the front of the store.
