Poorest customer service that I never rwcieved. I bought a groupon voucher for this hole in the wall to «winterize» my car… i arrived 15 mins after they opened and dropped off my keys expecting at last a 3 hour wait… no problem today’s my off day and I planned to get stuff like this done. 15 mins later the guy tells me the mechanic is at the hospital and won’t be in, and offered to reschedule or refund me. Well this is my only free time and im past due on my collant flush so asked if I could come in later the same day when the next shifts mechanic comes in. The guy says sure and he’ll call me at 130 when the next mechanic comes in.
We’ll I call at 2 asking if I can bring it in so it would be done by the time they have to close…2^nd mechanic no show as well???
It is now 3 30 so I call again and calmly ask If they’re busy? The guy says yes the bays are full…

And why haven’t you called to invited the first customer of the day that’s still waiting for his now «redeemed» groupon to be fulfilled.
When asked about this he says «oh yeah your mechanic didn’t come in» wtf does that mean dude seriously… so that means I don’t get a courtesy call to let me know «my mechanic «didn’t come in? I would also like the option to bring in a celebrity mechanic like that one that does all the excessive custom job’s «the count»
Is it becaus I look young that I must be stupid as well? This guy seems to think so… young car owners beware
Next time just keep lying or delaying man. Tell me dragons cut power off to your shop and you’ll be shut down for awhile… Your mechanic didn’t come in… the profound absense of reason in that excuse has led to a long rant of how shity u treated a first time customer
