Service King Collision Repair of Mesquite

Don’t like to warranty their work. Lifetime warranty doesn’t mean anything. USAA MEMBER. Have to go through their claim dept for help. Pix etc. Jose walked out and checked my mileage and denied claimed. Maybe his English doesn’t understand lifetime warranty!

Best experience I’ve had so far when it comes to fixing cars. I was greeted and was always notified about my car updates. Great customer service. I would recommend this place to anyone. My car looks great and best of all I received my car less time than expected. Vehicle feels great, looks great. Happy customer.

My wife decided to drive under a truck at a light and we had to get extensive repairs done to her car. This place was on our way home and worked with our insurance so
I had them tow the car there. From beginning to end these guys were awesome. I was excited about the work they did, but was most impressed with their communication. It took about a week, which was understandable and I was texted almost daily to let me know where we were in the process. Thanks guys.

Well I couldn’t tell you if they are good or not, I couldn’t even make it through the RUDE lady with a bad attitude named Angel, that was supposed to be scheduling my appointment to get the estimate… She just about a 5k $ repair …

I just want to tell the World that this place ROCKS!!! I brought my 2013 Pathfinder with a jacked up door on a Monday. They inspected the vehicle and gave me a due date of Friday of the same week. They would update me via text… letting me feel confident that my vehicle was in great hands. Surely, as they promised… my Pathfinder was completed on Friday.
When I checked my baby out… they left it as nothing had ever happened. I couldn’t find any discrepancy with the paint… they had matched it perfectly. Service King Collision Repair has my loyalty forever, and I will recommend them everyone that may their cars fixed.

I am writing this review after picking up my car today, these are my observations…
My father’s car (2005 Toyota Camry) got hit by a driver who fled the scene– fortunately he had full coverage on the car, so the insurance company was going to cover it (he still had to pay the deductible).
He wanted to have the repairs done at service king because he thought the repairs were going to be better than a random third party shop. So I took the car in for an estimate (appointment needed) and told them to call me when the car was repaired. Fast forward 6 days and I get a call saying the car was ready for pickup.
Upon arrival I assessed the repairs and found some imperfections in the paint on the bumper they replaced. The service adviser told me that it was for how the bumper was molded– I pointed out another problem on the corner of the bumper where paint was hanging off, I told him to fix it and he returned 5 min later with a fix.
Upon arriving home I did further assessed the quality of the repair and found 2 areas with over-​spray, 2 areas that were not properly prepared for paint (had debris under the paint), an area under the car with tape with paint on it (from when they masked the car), and the taillight they replaced with tape residue over a quarter of the lens.
From their perspective these guys are supposed to be the pros; I call them professionals with a horrible attention to detail… I will not be taking my personal car to them in the future, and I suggest that you take your car elsewhere if you want a quality job.
They billed the repairs to my insurance at over $ 3K, and did a poor job of return the area to like-​new condition.
To summarize, if you seek quality go elsewhere.

I had my wifes car repaired here and they did a great job. Everyone is very helpful and they fixed it very fast. If I need anything repaired in the future I will be coming here for sure!!!
