I’ve been coming here for 4 years now, for eyebrows(ask for Tracy) and for manicure & pedicures(with anyone is fine) they’re always so nice and attentive. They are also very good with time, I am usually in and out & have never waited longer than 10 mins for service. My only complaint would be that they need 2 Tracy’s lol the lady is just THAT good. I always get compliments on my eyebrows. Overall great place, the outside is a little run down but inside they are very clean.

I have been going to Art Nails for over 10 years… probably closer to 15 years(mostly for eyebrow waxing) and would suggest it to anyone looking for a «usual place.» While the language barrier is there(it is asian owned), it is not a challenge if you don’t mumble what you want done and speak clearly to them. They offer a great spa pedicure at a good price. I like that I can go in and can be out of there quickly. This works well for me since I usually stop by on my way to somewhere else. As with anything, you will have to pay attention to what is being done and let them know if something is not right as soon as it happens. It is also nice to hear when someone does a good job… just sayin’. Thumbs up!

Well I go here for ALL my pedi/mani/waxing needs and have never EVER been disappointed Question — why would someone who lives in DALLAS go all the way to mid Mesquite to get their eyebrows waxed. . makes one wonder. Yes they are Korean and speak in their native tongue to each other but speak very good english to their clients — are EXTREMELY friendly and fast and do a GREAT job! In the 4 years I have gone to them I have never had to wait more than 5 minutes Get my toenails done — 20 minutes and under $ 20(with sparkles and art that they do freehand — try to get that anywhere else) Get my nails filled — 20 minutes and under $ 20(again try to get that anywhere else) I have referrred several dozen friends, coworkers and family memebers to them and they are all still regular clients. Ask for BETTY(my personal favorite) but they are all good and if you show up 5 minutes to close you can still get the«works» with no attitude or decrease in quality(have done so in the midst of an ice storm when everyone else was shutting down shop). Maybe if you weren’t such a biggot(obviously bad attitude against immigrants) you’d have been treated better

This place is wonderful if you feel like having half your eyebrows ripped off, cuticles jerked away or being talked to like you’re an absolute idiot. However, if you’d like to actually have an enjoyable experience, avoid this place. While the prices are very cheap, brow waxing a mere $ 7 and pedicure $ 15, the service is absolutely terrible from the get go. As soon as you walk into the establishment, you’re greeted every time by an annoyed, «Can I help you?» as if you’re bothering them. When you’ve stated whatever service you’d like, your response is followed by snickering in some language and on occasion even laughs. Now, I know it’s a huge stereotype that at nail places people are constantly speaking different languages and talking poorly about you but here, it’s really hard to argue otherwise if you’ve been on the receiving end. I walked in there for a brow waxing a while back and told the woman that I did not want them thin at all, ATALL. The woman nodded blankly and began the waxing, which by the way takes place with you sitting in a chair and not lying down. Throughout the entire waxing the woman is hollering at someone across the room in some language, leaving me to enjoy her breath that reeks of her lunch because of the close proximity, while treating my brows as though she has a weed whacker. In less than 10 minutes I looked like I had no eyebrows whatsoever. Pedicures are just as bad. The woman decided on filing my toes instead of my toenails and rip at the cuticles as though they were frayed clothing strings while again, hollering at someone across the room in whatever language. Normally, I would never be so severe in a review, but the overall«Go away, you’re bothering me» attitude I received from everyone who performed some kind of service was awful. There are other places with the same price that could provide better services. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this place.
