I gave this location a low rating because of the poor customer service. Our original go to person Brianna was not there so someone named Charles was able to help us but not really. We basically told him that we was getting a quote for a living room set told him that we was trying to get that first so when we were ready to make a purchase we will know how much we need to cough up.
He made a comment saying oh we don’t have nothing yet we advised no thats why we was trying to get a quote first. Then after that he advised that he is going to let us look and he will come look for us in a moment. He didn’t ask what type of or kind of furniture we looking didn’t tell us about any specials and most of his attitude was like he didn’t really care to help us.
We will come here again but we will only be working Brianna.

Cons is the worst to work with, I made a payment they lost it now I have to make that same payment again plus a late fee. I tried calling the Mesquite location they were very rude and kept me on hold for over 30 minutes. They sent me back and forth telling to call the cons hotline and then they told me to call the location itself. The worker even egg me on to come over there and get mad at them.

I would rather deal with snake charmers and prostitution, than do business with this SHADY, RUDE, AND SCUM infested company! I had the displeasure to shop for better prices there many years ago, only to find that they are like hungry vultures, looking for carcus bones! Today I had enough of their unsolicited trash being deposited into my mailbox. I called the stord, got some rude person named Susie that answered, she didn’t respond when I kept saying hello, and then hung up once I told her why I was calling, in order to be removed from this trash coming to my address. Congrats Susie, you proved the general concensus, that CONNS is just as all previous reviews, A CONN!

So I spent the money for for a couch love seat and automan, purchased the extended warranty. So here is where the fun began they couldn’t find my warranty in the system so I had to find the paper work after I show the paperwork they send out a repair guy who said it couldn’t be fixed… manufacturer defect now comes time to replace it and they tell me 800 dollars is all they will give me to replace the set, now they are real leather. All recline. How can I replace it for that price? Not gonna happen so I ask for a direct line to corporate they tell me there isn’t one so I guess it’s a magical place where phones don’t exist I promise after this I will spend my time making sure that this company looses business from everyone I know and meet and my story is heard.

We purchased a couch and love seat 4÷29÷2014 for around $ 2500 from Conns in Mesquite, tx. We payed extra for real leather because we were told that the set for $ 700 less (bonded Leather) would crack and peel after a year. This is supposed to be genuine leather. The recliner is peeling bad and looks horibble. Cons told me it is only covered for 30 days so they won’t help. When we initially bought we were told about how this set having a 5 year warranty and since we were sitting on Real Leather it would last along time. When we originally had them delivered they had to bring 3 seperate sets because they wouldn’t recline and one was torn.
This was a lot for us to spend on couches and they are embarrassing to have people see.

DO NOT SHOP HERE! Bought a laptop here had it serviced 5 times, with a promise of a new laptop the next servicing after the 3rd. They pushed it out until warranty expired now its broken again and I’ve been told to bad I will have to pay to get it fixed and will NOT be getting a new one! Also, the Customer service is terrible, they hang up on people, can’t spell AND they Double charged my card TWICE. When I brought the charges to their attention I was lied to saying that’s not what happened. I had to have my bank get the money back. ALL OF CONN’S IS A SCAM! DO NOT SHOP AT ANY LOCATIONS!
