What a great store. I came in to by a gift, and they made me a custom gift basket on the spot. Excellent customer service. All the treats look really yummy.

Danielle’s Chocolate & Popcorn is a «must stop by and try» whether you’re on your way to Las Vegas from Utah or just in the area of Mesquite. Everything is homemade and DELISH! They have a wide selection of hand dipped homemade chocolate goodies. A few sugar free items as well. Thye have a variety of cooked and chocolate covered nots and tutrles. But what they should be known for is their Snowy White popcorn! Salted Popcorn that is lightly covered in white chocolatee goodness, oh my! It is delicious! They have different varieties like white chocolate and coconut, peanut butter, Carmel and peppermint. They also have some Kettle popcorn and cheese favors as well. If you’re a fan of Garrett’s Popcorn in Chicago, you’ll love Danielle’s! She does flavored popcorn as good or better! So stop by Danielle’s and pick you chocolatee-popcorn and goodies next time you’re in Mesquite.

Simply the BEST popcorn ever!!! I first learned of Danielle’s just over a decade ago. The location I would go to in Las Vegas off Sahara since closed and I was heartbroken. How could I live with out this«Snowy Chocolate»!!! Well, I found out they do sell the popcorn in some stores called«Rod Works» in Las Vegas. They also have this place in Mesquite, NV which is according to the very very nice woman I spoke with in the store is the main factory where all the magic is made. The store is clean, tidy and the staff incredibly friendly. If you have never tried the«Snowy Chocolate» popcorn then you are seriously missing out! They have other homemade chocolates and goodies too! I do know that Costco and Sams Club offer this popcorn as a seasonal item for sale during the Holidays so if you are a club member and you see it try it!

Danielle’s Chocolates and Popcorn is the sweetest shop in all of Mesquite. Located in between a Little Caesars and a sushi restaurant, you might not think it’s a chocolate shop if you’re driving by. The store’s sign simply reads, «Danielle’s» and nothing more. The woman working behind the counter — I’m unsure if she’s the owner or not, but she was very kind lady — asked if this was my first visit to the shop. After I told her that it was, she offered a sample of any of the chocolates on display. I was conflicted between the chocolate raspberry cheesecake and chocolate cinnamon, but once she described the chocolate raspberry cheesecake as having a «raspberry ripple» in the center, I was just sold right there. It wasn’t bad, but I was expecting a more harmonious balance of cheesecake, chocolate, and raspberry; I tasted more chocolate than cheesecake, and less of a «ripple» of flavor from the raspberry. Despite this, I decided to give Danielle’s another chance and selected to try a chocolate macadamia tortoise. I’m not a fan of tortoises, but these were so good(and HUGE) that you have to take your time eating one of these and just savor every bite. Another reason why you have to take your time is because there are a ton of macadamia nuts! If you choose to tackle one of these tortoises, be sure you have some napkins and a drink on hand to wash it all down. The chocolate will melt in between your fingers, and you’ll be thirsty right after eating one of these. Travelers normally stop by Mesquite to refill their gas tanks and maybe grab a quick bite to eat before heading off, but if you’re craving chocolate — QUALITY made chocolate — Danielle’s is worth the visit.
