Amazing customer service and great selection. I was looking at all types of wood floor and I learned a lot from the guy helping us. I’m bad at remembering names but he was tall, older Hispanic guy showing us and explaining the difference between styles. They are open late and easy to get there from highway.

I have been a happy Floor and Décor customer for years and have depended on them for our home remodeling and rental business. I have found that it saves time and trips to order online and pick up at the store once the order is filled. I have usually used the Arlington Texas store, but this time I used the Mesquite store. BIG mistake! When I didn’t receive my confirmation email within 2 weeks, I called the customer service line. I was on hold most do the time, but at the end of 40 minutes I was told the order was complete and at the Mesquite store but they couldn’t find it. I was told that the manager would call me. Four days later, I went through the long phone in and hold cycle again and once again was told the same thing. It was lost but a manager would call me. I had ordered the tile with plenty of lead time, but now it is time to install and I’m wasting all my time on follow up instead of more productive tasks.

This place has the BEST customer service, anywhere, hands down. I have been there on two different occasions and bought tile. Before that I went several times to browse. The staff there TRULY wants to help you. They ask if you need any help and they go out of their way to help you with whatever you ask. If there isn’t enough of the tile that you need on the shelf they will happily go and find more in the back room. They are extremely polite, friendly and professional. It is evident that they enjoy working at this store… it really shows. A shout out to Omari and Juan. I was so impressed with these two guys that I can tell you without a doubt that if I owned my own company I would be poaching them away from F&D! Also they have the BEST selection of all kinds of flooring and the store is big and clean. I really enjoyed shopping here. If you need flooring this is the place to go! They also have beautiful vessel sinks.
