They will tell you anything to buy something. I now have flooring in my kitchen that is only 6 months old and swells, pops at at places and was never installed correctly at one end of my kitchen, and should not even be in my kitchen!!! I contacted a customer service agent and she told me that the flooring I have should only be in a living room, or somewhere there would not be ANY kind of liquid or moisture!!! Thanks! My new home now has kitchen floors that I will not be able to afford to replace for several years.
