The lady there was horrible and rude… It was breakfast. But lady your only job is to take my order and serve it. They asked us about sugar and cream in our coffee. We ordered three small and expected them to put it in the bag, so we said 10 of each. Well, when we got our coffee they all had 10 creams and 10 sugars… That was ridiculous… The coffee had so much that it was literally cold and just sugar… It was horrible. The lady who gave it to me was more rude the the b**** that took the order and when I asked about the cream and sugar looked at me like I was retarded. This place lacks common sense and common courtesy

Yes, I know, «NOT Mickey D’s!», but after my last visit, methinks not! I had to get my kids out of the house for a while so my hubby and father could replace our dishwasher(and cut the water off). Yes, that meant we would need RESTROOMS!!! Well, McDonald’s serves BILLIONS so they should have working restrooms, RIGHT??? WRONG!!! This location is remodeling(which we found out AFTER ordering and sitting down). Not only did they have 1 single play area restroom to serve ALL guests, their drive-thru was torn up, as well. I tried to go through it to get food for the guys at home. They still took orders at the menu board, as usual, but the windows were all closed due to remodeling, so there were cars backed up waiting for their orders to be brought out to them. UGH– Ronald did not put a smile on this face! :(

First, understand that this is a review of the McCafe and not food at McDonalds. The last time I ate the food here was probably 2004 when I was an invincible college student, naïve to what was actually in their«food». Having an early morning I decided to bypass Starbucks and try this new McCafe, hailed as good as Dunkin’ Donuts and cheaper than Starbucks. First off, their coffee menu is tiny, not a lot up there. But it looks like it could be Chipotle-esque… small at first appearance, but you can modify the crap out of it to make it your own. I got the basic, an iced Mocha and asked for non-fat milk. Obviously I was looking to keep some calories out of it but it still showed up with whipped cream and chocolate icing on top. Knowing customer service at McDonalds is far from a priority, I didn’t ask for it to be fixed. I went with it. The coffee quality is on par with the food here… it is gritty, powerful, commercial, bland, etc. Sure, it was kind of cheap and it’d be convenient if I was getting breakfast, too, but I didn’t and won’t. I think there is free WiFi here, or maybe I am snagging a neighbors, but either way I am stuck in a building with a playground to my left and 2 guys to my right that have all but three teeth and barely passed 8th grade. Gotta love their clientele… Oh McDonalds, nice try, but it will be another two years before I come back. I wish you were better as you are iconically American like Coca-Cola and obesity, but you’re just not that good.
