I got the tuna sandwhich and it wasn’t that great. But the veggie sandwhich is amazing though. The price isn’t too expensive, but the wait is long though. I would usually go with my friends to another resturant and then come back to pick up my food. But the workers are nice, so it balances out the rating. ^-^

I tried the cajeta churro which is like a Mexican caramel. It was pretty good, tasted fresh and crispy. And they had samples of their sandwiches which was also good

Got the guacamole turkey sandwich. I wish they had different cheeses, but the Mexican white cheese they had wasn’t bad. I decided to eat here because it had the most and best Unilocal reviews in the food court. I gave it four for similar pricing to subway, but you also get a churro and chips(for about 8 $). The guacamole was too blended/pasty and could have done better with some chunks in it. The pepper they serve with the sandwich is damn spicy. Overall, 3.5 stars, I just rounded up, 4 if they made the guacamole better

This place surprisingly has great food considering it is called«The Churro Factory». Every sandwich that I have tried so far has been delicious. My favorite is their number 1, Ham with Chorizo. As far as their churros go, I have only had them once and they were delicious, crispy, and not greasy at all.

I work at towneast mall and whenever I have my sweet snack hunger best believe I’m at the churro factory getting my strawberry filled churro and their snack chicken salad sand which is off the chains.

Best churro ever! I’ve been knowing about this place for some time but never go to Town East. Fortunately, I had to go to Town East Mall today and glad I remembered this place(plus I had a BOGO coupon). I was hesitant about trying a filling since I use to eat them plain. The server suggested I get them on the side. I ended up love both the caramel & vanilla. I just ate my last churro tonight and knew the bread would be old and hard from this morning. Boy am I glad I was wrong. It is just as good as it was this morning. I will definitely have to start going to Town East more often.

Been here 57438 times and I’m always satisfied! My favorite is the chicken salad sandwich! Either way, this is the kind of place where anything you order… will be good! I love the hazelnut churro and the hot peppers that they serve with the sandwich — sometimes they forget to put it on the side so just remind them! This place has gotten so popular that now if you call in ahead and put in your order they will come outside the mall(it’s located on the third floor/food court of Town East Mall) and deliver it to your car!

I still can’t believe I drove from North Dallas just to eat here. But I did. And it was so worthy… Churros are awesome!!! I had the caramel and the nutella, both excellent! Unfortunately is kind of far away but if I am ever near this place I will go back for sure! Btw it is IN the mall, upstairs in the food court. Why they don’t have more stores in other malls? Oh well…

I used to work at Town East Mall and now I regret not getting churros more often. They’re usually warm, crunchy on the outside and chewy on the inside. YUM. They’re great plain but you have the option of filling them. HECKYEAH! Why wouldn’t you? I love the cream cheese and the strawberry fillings. I’ve heard good things about the sandwiches but never tried one and the ice cream isn’t that great. You have lots of flavour choices but I’d rather just go to Chik-fil-A down the way and get an ice-dream cone.

Haven’t seen a churro place since i left San Diego and they used to sale them filled with vanilla at the movies. I’ve always walked passed this place when going up to the food court. I would glacé at the menu and just like everywhere else most of the time the picture on the menu looks different from what you get. So i decided to just go ahead and try it and first thing i notice was that you got to customize your order :-) which they had me a hello as soon as i seen that. I got the steak and pepper sandwich with double meat and guacamole. Which was on the small side but once i took a bite the flavors and freshness of the veggies and guacamole really made up for the size of the sandwich. The churro were cheap but never got me silly me. I will go back sometime and try another sandwich and get that vanilla filled churro

OMG, this restaurant need to be franchised over into my neighborhood malls(Fort Worth). The sandwiches were great(I had the Chicken Salad), plus the churros(I got the Mexican Caramel filling) were fresh and also very tasty. I had the blackberry soft-serve ice cream which was ok, but where else can you get 24(I think) flavors of soft-serve like that. Anyhow, give them a shot(it seems to be better then you’re other selections anyhow).

There’s not that many churros places around dfw so I’m glad that there’s one next to my mom’s place! Not many people knows what a churro is either but I do! A churro is like a donut with ridges. You could choose to have it filled with vanilla, hazelnut, chocolate or etc… I just like mine plain with cinnamon and sugar! delish!!!
