When I moved my stuff from a shared space with my sister the girl told me my monthly rate would remain the same for a year. I looked at my statement for the month and noticed it increased by $ 9 — yes $ 9 might now be that much but money is money. I called the office the girl didn’t know and kept putting me on hold I guess to ask someone else, she then told me to call Corporate as they can’t do anything in the office about it. I called Corporate and they are just as helpful as the office was (sarcasm). They didn’t seem to know why it increased either and stated her hands are tied. These people know its not very convenient to just go move our stuff out so they are getting away with running a SHADY business.

I’ve had two Storage buildings for roughly a year and these employees have always been helpful and knowledgeable about any questions I needed answered thy have also have been very respectful and courteous .
