Starbucks

The coffee and drinks from this Starbucks is horrible. We have discovered that we have to order them with extra shots, just for them to even taste like coffee. At least twice, they have forgotten to make my drinks after I ordered them. Unfortunately, it is the only starbucks close to us.

I am a frequent Starbucks drinker & with this being the only location in the area I have gave it many tries to be disappointed every time so far. Went yesterday to give it one more try and my drink was completely screwed up. I told the guy it wasn’t made correctly he told me to just drink it and I would be fine. Wow! It went in the trash immediately and I will never return to this one again. Like the other reviewer said I am so surprised bc Starbucks usually cares so much about their image but this location needs to be closed or revamped immediately!

Took 5 minutes to get two double tall breve lattes and a Piles with about 6 Desperate Housewives in line in front of us.

I lived in Mesquite for several years until about a year ago. I am still in the area frequently as my daughter goes to school there. I work in the Richardson and Coppell locations. As an avid coffee drinker, i frequent several different Starbucks locations. This Mesquite location is by far the worst I have ever experienced. I am shocked because typically Starbucks pride themselves on providing excellent customer service and products. Consistently, my order is wrong or just not good (I was last there about two weeks ago). Then I waited 30 minutes to only get a really bad cup of coffee… really disappointing. I still love Starbucks but they really need to pay attention to what is going on (or not going on) with this Mesquite location.
