on sunday 4/3 about 5;30 pm i ordered 2-plain justburgers meat and bread only with a small coke.. well , got homethe ticket for order #539068 states 2-plain justburgers but when open they had mustard smeared all over them.. i am paying for what i ordered and if you don't want fill it or don't have the smarts to know what plain means. then you can kiss this customer goodbye...

First off, I hate Whataburger’s food. I have tried the food at different locations and just don’t like it. So, when I do go to this place, it is strictly for a beverage, especially since they are open 24 hours. So, my rating is based off of my visit today for a simple order of orange juice and a cup of water. So, when I get there, I am fourth in line, which is fine cause it is moving fast. Well, with one car ahead of me and one behind me, why does the worker at the window decide to have a long conversation with the guy in front of me after he has been given his order? Excuse me but there are people waiting and you can conversate at a later time. The car in front finally leaves and I pull up to the window and was told my order was fifteen dollars. I told the cashier that was incorrect, since I only ordered orange juice and water. She gives me the correct price, gives me the orange juice and the chatty Kathy worker guy hands me the water, no thank you, no nothing. Guess he only is mute with those he doesn’t know or want to hold long conversation with. Guess I should be happy that I got my order relatively fast. Last time I was here, it took them 10 minutes(no lie) to give me my large lemonade and that is all I ordered. Guess they had to grow some lemon trees and harvest the lemons.

Why does the owner of the Whataburgers in the Mesquite area keep raising prices? He/she owns several in the area and they are usually $ 1 to $ 2 more than any other Whataburger restaurant I go to. Now it’s $ 8.50 for one of the ‘special’ meals, it’s $ 6.50 at any other restaurant. Love the food but really tired of the owner continually raising the prices.

I frequent this whataburger often, always hearing complaints but never letting them deter me from going. Well now I officially have opened my eyes & see all the issues! Waited over 30m in the drive thru for my order to be cold & wrong. Then got horrible attitude from the worker when asking for ketchup & hot sauce. The time before this I went & they were out of taquitos(first in the am) but had stuff for other bfast items so what exactly where you out of? Tortillas? They didn’t care just wanted someone out of their drive thru line. They continuously get my order wrong & are very rude to their customers. I’ll make the extra drive to a different one if I want whataburger again.

The first time I went everything went great. There was some kind of little league team there and instead of making me wait behind all of them they opened the other register for me. My order came out quick and perfect. But the second time I went there was cashier complaining about everything and being short with the customers. Their drive thru had about 6 cars waiting and out of 5 emloyees only 2 were doing anything, but not even anything that seemed beneficial for customers. I finally make my order with the rude cashier and when I was done had realized I had forgotten to order cheese and no tomatos on one. I went back, she acted like it was a bother for her, but charged me 75 cents for cheese. I wait 20 minutes for my order while hearing the employee continuosly complain about customers and her bosses. After I receive my food, I leave as quickly as possible. I of course get to my destination and find that there is no cheese and tomatos are still on one of my orders. So too be honest, it is alright. I guess it depends on what day you catch them on. I will be going there for lunch(7pm) for me, so we will see how it goes.

Came around 11 and I don’t know what the workers were doing, but there were over 8 cars in line. They took SOLONG giving anybody their order, that the 3 cars that were behind me already left. I literally waited 35MINUTES to put in my order and when I got to it, they said order at the front. I drove off. Why did they take 35MINUTES taking care of 2 customers. I wonder what the employees were doing. This happened October 29, 2015.

Absolutely terrible! Worst location in dfw. Slow orders wrong. Terrible service, lady taking orders at the register didn’t even know how to add cheese to the burger. Will never come back. Drive thru customers ate coming inside to get refunds due to orders being wrong and refunds needed. Good god

So not impressed … i really don’t like giving bad reviews but my experience here was that bad … i was craving taquito’s for breakfast one Saturday(nov 1st) morning I even left early for work just to detour though whataburger because it is not on my way … so I get there a little after 7 am the drive thru had a 3 or 4 cars so I desided to just go in … There are 2 people wiping down the drink area(lost in there own conversation) and a lady behind the register … i make my way to the counter and say good morning to the lady at the register … She just stares off in to the distance like I am not there … i then ask her if I can get 2 sausage egg and cheese taquito’s and a med. Sweet tea … She looks at me and told me she is not clocked in … i said oh ok sorry and just stand there figuring maybe one of the two at the drink area are the ones working there so I wait … in the mean time 2 other people come in behind me and we are all standing there for 5 to 10 mins … The girl behind the counter just puts her head down on the counter(to nap I guess) and the other 2 people just dissappear in the back some where … finally a manager comes out and asks the napping girl what’s up she tells him that no one clocked her in … he then types on her computer and clocks her in(i guess) … The man behind me and I exchange a this is ridiculous look and I finally order my food at 7:21 … While I wait I go get my tea and notice that the counter that takes 2 people ten mins to wipe down is still sticky and not all that clean … The other customers order there food and are coming over and getting there drinks … The man behind me ordered coffee and the coffee containers were empty he was trying to get someone’s attention for a few mins when the manager came around the corner to fill what looks like his own glass with coffee … The man tells him the containers are empty so the manager heads towards the drive thru window area … 5 or so mins go by and still no coffee for him and no one ever paid him any mind with his empty cup … my order comes out of the kitchen. Already in the bag the sleeping register girl opens the bag up checking the order asks if I want salsa I decline and take the bag … Now running late to get to work I had out and I am on 635 by the time I reach in the bag and find one taquito… ugh really … one taquito and my old tasting sweet tea all for the crazy price of $ 7.75 … i waited Till Monday and called the corporate office off town east blvd. because I already saw the store managers at work there … The woman that answers the phone was very nice and seemed genuinely concerned about there locations … she did let me know that this wasn’t one of her supervised locations but she would have Jeff(I think) call me back(the supervise over that location) he was to call me that day or Tuesday … It had been a week and I have heard nothing … so I Guess even corporate doesn’t care about this location or the customers that come in to it … good luck to u all enter at your own risk …

How I Love thee, WATERburger(how we say it in TEXAS) ! I am a fan of WATERburger at all times… but, recently I diverted from my usual, the #7 with cheese, & ventured off and ordered the«BACONGUACAMOLEBURGER» ! Please, Please Please Neverrrr take it off the menu. I’m in tastebud heaven! The BGB is a big hit at my house, therefore, I highly recommend anyone who likes Guacamole, to give it a try. This location is still home of the OLDSCHOOL Whataburger A-Frame Building & has been here for as long as I can remember… since the early 70’s. Still Great Service, Burgers & Fries w/FANCY Ketchup, after all these years!

I like Whataburger alot, every since i was a kid. Its a great late night burger spot, food is always cooked fresh. This particular location is still done in the old style diner look, which i love for nostalgia reasons. Staff was nice and prompt. Burger was delicous!
