World of Soccer

Went by Saturday because they were the only place around that had an FC Schalke 04 jersey. Got my Schalke jersey (at full price) but also got a team USA jersey for 20% off! Nice people!

Been here a few times, prices are expensive for shirts and equipment. But the 1 star is for my last visit. We entered on a Saturday at 17:50 when the guy behind the counter said «just so you know we close at 6» Well how about welcome us and let us have a look around, lock the door behind us so no one else can enter yeah? Great customer service!!! Not.

I have been here several times in the past few years…
I had an order of socks that I prepaid for coming in for a youth team I coach and after being told they would be here on a specific date, the socks finally arrived 2 weeks later.
There are 2 people that I have had my interactions with. The women is very nice and pleasant to deal with. The main guy that is typically there though lacks the motivation to help and when you do need something from him he is just rude about it.

Don’t buy shoes here and expect to return them if they are defective. Bought my son $ 100 Puma soccer cleats and after 7 soccer practices within 3 weeks, the seam is ripping and they refused to refund, exchange or offer in store credit. He suggested going directly to Puma for a voucher which I called Puma and they don’t offer vouchers. I’m not new to purchasing items in retail stores and have never been asked from any other retail store (Walmart, Best Buy, etc…) to contact the manufacture to replace the defected item. Once this issue has been resolved, I will not be returning to this store

I have received my voucher and replaced the shoes at
. I still will not buy anything at the World of Soccer and will make future purchases else where. I have talked to a lot of soccer parents and have explained my issues with this business.
