Awesome food, fast and open when they say they are, unlike the Asian food neighbor next door.

I ordered a small chicken nugget tray on 6⁄7 the employee took my order and couldn’t understand my name. I pick up the order on 6⁄8 and purchase breakfast as well only to get to the cool zoo I’m Audoben park to open my tray of the wrong order. It was small platter of chicken minis. This was lunch for 5 kids. I called and spoke to Liz explaining to her what I got and that now this is clearly not enough food for my kids. I told her that now it is going to cost me more money and she said she could only offer me another small platter or gift card for $ 24.00. I was very much inconvenienced and costed me well over $ 24.00. I asked her to increase the size of the platter for another time and she said no. Very upset.

I here about 3 times a week. There breakfast chicken rap is the best. The atmosphere and the music is relaxing; it’s like food for your soul. When I travel I get the grill chicken several times a week because it’s quick and easy for me to eat while on the road. This allows me to keep fit and to keep moving forward with eating right when traveling. This place allows for it all food fun and entertainment for the kids while you eat in there tubes and tunnels. The fact that Chick-fil-A supports Christ and the beliefs of Jesus, makes me want to come here every day and spend my money. The staff is polite the atmosphere is wonderful, thank you Jesus for creating a place like this for us.

Chick-fil-A is really a hit or miss. I can’t stand(and refuse to) go through the drive thru anymore because they’re so worried about keeping their drive-times down(I’ve worked in a drive thru before, you want to keep the times each person is in line below a certain number of minutes). Yes, it’s quick — which would be wonderful if they were also professional about it. They’re so quick because as soon as you get even remotely close to the window, they start by repeating your order back to you while shoving your drink into your car. Then as you pay, if you’re not turned facing the window by the time they finish the transaction, you’ll turn to find them holding the bag on the open window of your car door. That just really drives me crazy. Be patient. When you hand me my card or money back, I’m not just going to throw it into my car so I can grab the food and drive off as quickly as I can. Give me a second to just stick my money on the console or back in my purse, it literally will only take 5 seconds. I get that you want to be quick, but I’ve never sat in a Chick-Fil-A line for long enough for their time to be affected, so just slow down a bit and quit acting like it’s a race. I GETIT, it may be a beat-the-clock type thing, but don’t make it so obvious to customers. I like the chicken sandwich, that’s what I usually get. But the couple of times I’ve gotten the nuggets, they never seem cooked all the way. They always have a slimy texture on the inside. Other than that, everything’s usually good. The staff is nice, they keep everything fairly clean, and they’re always quick!

I am a huge Chick-fil-A fan– everyone knows that about me. I find it strange that Chick-fil-A is often not in some of your larger cities. For example, in New Orleans, we do not have a Chick-fil-A. There are 2 in Metairie… 1 in a mall and 1 free standing. This free standing Chickfila on Veterans is slammed everyday. They do fantastic job moving the line. Everyone here is exceptionally nice and polite! and the food is standard, delicious, chickfila! In the last month, I have used this Chick-fil-A 2x for«catering» and the food was delicious & fresh. Good job! Pleae open a location in New Orleans on Canal, Claiborne, or St. Charles!!!

Chick-fil-A does have its good points. I so wanted a job at a Chick-fil-A in high school because at that time they had a scholarship for college for its employees, but alas only locations in the malls at that time in the city I grew up in, and my parents didn’t want me working in a mall. They do have great hours, and its nice to be closed on Sundays, especially for the religious-type folks. Then at 19, I moved to Oregon, where there were no Chick-fil-A’s so of course, I blew it out of proportion in its awesome-ness, then moving here where there are locations, they have moved back down the food chain, where in my mind, they should be. Enough with my history with the franchise. This location is clean and neat, and if you go during a weekday during the school year, you don’t have to deal with screaming kiddos. The play area does look pretty darn appealing. Part of the drive-thru does block some of the parking spaces when there is a line. I do like that the chicken appears to be real, and according to legend, they use a top-of the line oil to fry. The chicken sandwiches always tend to have a weird black hard piece hidden somewhere in the middle. I don’t know why I haven’t learned to just get the chicken nuggets. The grilled chicken sandwich has an odd oily taste. Every once in a while, I will crave Chick-fil-A only to be reminded why I should not be. But out of all fast food options, this does have some good healthy salads and the waffle fries are pretty darn good. The lemonade is always a winner.

Went here for a quick breakfast this morning and decided to get a sausage biscuit. One of the best I had ever had. It was warm and just absolutely delicious. Amazing customer service as well!!!

I give this place one star for good reason. You can’t really take a bathroom pic when the soap dispensers don’t work ½ the time, and when they do, the«motion activated» sink doesn’t work. Why does a franchise that makes $ 700,000/year afford an indoor playground, at least 50+ parking spots, 2(yes, two) drive-thru’s, but can’t afford but a single sink, urinal, and commode??? Is it a poor corporate design, or just plain STUPIDITY on the franchisee’s part. I might add that corporations are smart, and the people that built this place only had on their minds. With that sloppy greasy goo all over my hands I wanted to grab the manager, and wipe my grey milky hands on his nicely pressed blue shirt. It was nice to wipe my hands off with napkins(they freeze and forget about volunteering a wet kitchen towel) showing the incompetence of the youthful ignorant bliss! It reminded me what nimrods the managers are, because this is the 2nd time in a week that 1) either you’re deprived of soap, or 2) water. It’s a health board violation. I’m reminded to call them when I spill Polynesian sauce on my finger and with a quick natural reaction, I lick soap. If I was Liam Neeson I would have poured a box of detergent down that fool’s throat. Why is it that this NEVER happens at the Manhattan location??-two words… «Better management!» Management should OFTEN check the operation of «micro» restrooms with that volume of customers. But to put it at the very least– they are failures and permanently tarnish Cathy Truitt’s family name. A filler-bagger in a blue shirt is an accurate depiction of what that manager has succumbed to.

Ordered a salad with no cheese .Got home and it has cheese. Fast forward 2 days later to exchange my salad I kept in the fridge so I could bring it back at my convenience. They said they couldn’t exchange it without the receipt. Clearly the salad was from their chain. So they looked up the transaction with my name from 2 days ago and found it. Only to tell me they still wouldn’t exchange my cheesy salad bc the order didn’t say no cheese. So I said yes, that’s the problem. There was a miscommunication. They still insisted bc they repeat the order that I was wrong. Ok chick fila. Great customer service. They saved $ 5 on a salad to leave a customer dissatisfied. They lost a lot more than $ 5 because I would have spent a lot more over the years if my simple request would have been accommodated. I guess chick fila hates gays and exchanges. F chick fil a

Terrible experience. Waited in line for 20 minutes, get my food, give my card to pay, employee says my card is not working. Meanwhile, I have been eating out of the bag of food. The employee proceeds to tell me he needs the food back,(keep in mind he told my card was not ‘declining’ and he did not know why it was not working). I ask ‘aren’t you just going to throw it away?’ and he told me ‘no I am going to put it back’. I GOTCHARGEDFORTHEFOODTHAT I DIDNOTEVENGET! Long story short i called corporate — the ‘operator’ of the location FINALLY contacted me and was EXTREMELYRUDE. He told me he had no record of me ever being there and basically told me I was lying. I called my bank, who found the charge and reimbursed me and called the location. I never heard back from chick-fil-a. no apology, nothing.

I have an addiction to this place. Everyone is so nice, even when there are a million people and screaming children inside(which is more often than not). Unlike many, I love getting their soup and salad combo. The chicken soup is made with their real chicken, and I love their different dressing options. Of course, I love their regular chicken fare as well, particularly the spicy chicken sandwich. Their soft serve and milkshakes are delicious, but nothing compares to their fountain drinks. I don’t know what makes them taste so good… perhaps the the styrofoam cups? Who knows, but I’m a lover of all things Chick Fil A.

As a faithful chick-fil-a supporter I have to warn you to stay away from this location. Chick-fil-a’s nationwide have developed a reputation of amazing food, exceptional customer service and a respect for Christian values. I usually go out of my way to support Chick-fil-a as opposed to other fast food chains but I’m going to avoid this location from now on. On 5 separate occasions I have experienced terrible customer service, disrespectful attitudes from the employees and management and mess-ups on your order. For example today when I opened up my carry out order there was spilled, sticky ice cream all over the lid to my salad and no napkins to wipe it off with. On another occasion I had an employee top off my coffee with water because they were out of milk and then the manager refused to give me a new cup of coffee because I had opened the lid. This store is a disgrace to the Chick-fil-a name– stay far away.

This place stays busy, and I can see why. The service is outstanding and the food is of great quality. We got free fries for the New Orleans Pelicans scoring 100 last night. They were also nice enough to replace the kids meal toy with an ice cream cup since the toy was for kids ages 4 and up and my girl is only 1 and a half. I noticed on a visit a while back that they actually clean the kids play area, never have I seen McDonalds do that before. That’s refreshing to know. I can’t believe that a few people posted one star reviews on here. I have never seen any evidence to support those reviews. Maybe those few are former employees who got fired and chose to take this route of slandering them which is extremely immature in my opinion.

Other than the fact that this place isn’t open on Sundays, I really can’t complain about anything here so far! Their food is consistently made fresh and hot. For those who say their food is anything below your standards, feel free to ask for special accommodations because my friend who used to work here said they are pretty eager to please and will do pretty much anything to keep you happy. If you think the chicken is ever soggy, ask them to remake your order and place it in a «clam shell» instead of a bag to prevent steaming. Also, you can ever ask for«extra spicy» or «extra crispy.» Personally, I’m a big fan of their salads but I ask for grilled chicken instead of crispy quite often and they are always happy to accommodate me. I don’t always get here for breakfast, but when I do it’s always a good time, their spicy chicken biscuit is pure heaven to me.

I don’t often visit places with drive-thrus(not sure why I had to mention that) but all of their employees say, «my pleasure» when ever you thank them. Hooray! Good service in fast food is not dead! Once when I was dining in, a worker offered to refill my drink, I didn’t know how to react so i just stared at them in awe and nodded. They also give your dog a treat if your pet is with you when you visit the drive thru. I’m just smitten. Any fast food chain that wants to operate their business with good service, fast food that is actually fast AND uses real ingredients is fine with me.
