McDonald’s

Out. Of. Quarter. Pounder. Patties. Seriously? There is no ongoing weather emergency or civil unrest going on around here. How are you out of your signature sandwich?

The food was totally fine and as to be expected from this chain but this restaurant… Wow, the dirtiest one I’ve ever been in. Gross!
Pretty convinced they clean the table tops with Pepsi because our arms stuck to it! The bathrooms, the floors, counter tops, everything was sticky, dirty and disgusting.
Unlike other reviews the service was fine and fast but this place is gross. We used the play center area but my daughter wasn’t too interested in playing on it. We ate and quickly washed up and got out!

One of the worst McDonald’s in all of New Orleans every single night somehow the ice cream and shake machine is down but then it works in afternoon it’s working again poor trash.

This location has been pretty consistently disappointing. I don’t eat from McDonald’s often, but I have been to great, clean, friendly and efficient McDonald’s locations… and this unfortunately isn’t one of them. Not only are they not friendly or efficient, but I had a stale Egg McMuffin for breakfast this morning. The bread was so hard I couldn’t even bite through it. The line is always pretty slow here too. I avoid is location as much as possible and make the extra drive down the the one on West Esplanade if I’m in a rare mood for McDonald’s.

I don’t normally complain about fast food establishments, I know how hard the work is for the amount of pay. That being said, this has been the worst MacDonald’s I have ever been to. I go out of my way to McDonald’s, not because of the food, but because they’re know for fast and FRIENDLY service. I have been here 5 times and have received the same rude attitudes from different staff members. They all have the annoyed looks on their faces and you know they don’t want to be serving anyone, they want downtime… They let me know that this afternoon. From the drive thru to walking in, they never smile, they’re are so «busy» that they get order wrong and when they say thank you and practically throw my food and drink at me, I leave wondering why I came back. I can guarantee I will never come back to this McDonald’s ever again. The management needs to take responsibility for their team and train them on their service. If any of the workers are reading this, my review is not a personal attack. I know the food industry, I’ve worked it. Its not glamorous, but your smile truly can make or break a customers day. Strive to do better, I’m sure I’m not the only consumer to feel this way. God bless you all

I like McDonald but every time they give me my drink through the drive thru they always and I mean 90% of the time they give me my drink dripping on the side. So that when I reach it I get coke all over my hands and then out it in my cup holder and it all over. Leaving it stuck and nasty. I always asked to get extra napkins so that I can wipe around the drink as well as the bottom of it. I hate that and I have taking the survey on their receipt so that the can fix it bug they still don’t.
