I really like visiting the CC’s Metairie Road location for its neighborhood feel and charm. The CC’s Veterans location is still comfortable and set back from the hectic traffic of Veterans Highway, but the relaxing environment can be found here on Metairie Road. Parking can be a hassle when the shopping center is super busy, but on weekends and off time finding a parking spot shouldn’t be much of a problem. This CC’s has ample room with many tables to do some work or meet with friends for conversation. As for the quality of what they offer, they have some unique items. All of their items are pretty consistent among their coffee shops. As a note, I’ve been addicted to the Honey Peach Plantation Iced Tea for the past few months.

I love CC’s and this is the only CC’s in the Metairie area. I wish there was more locations because this one is TINY. The parking lot is small and often full, sometimes I have to park at the Barnes and Nobles next store and walk over. I used to work in the Causeway corridor or as Jeffersonians like to call it, the Metry CBD. CC’s was my go to caffeine spot. Because its so small their drive thru often blocks the parking lot especially during morning rush. So you don’t have the option of parking and walking in. The positive to this is the baristas so a great job of getting the line down. I have been coming here for years and my coffee order has never been wrong and its always good. My favorite is the caramel iced coffee. Their iced green and black teas are also good. They also have some food items that are good to have on the go. I enjoy the healthy options like the oatmeal and the yogurt with granola. I usually don’t like to start my day eating cake for breakfast(I’m looking at you, muffin) so I appreciate the lower fat, but still filling options. As far as inside goes, they offer free wifi so its mostly people with laptops working. Its very quiet so its great for studying, but not a place I would pick to socialize as I would not want to be rude and disturb everyone working. If you must talk loudly, the outside patio is more geared for chatting it up over a cup of joe.

It seems like every time I go to this place, the coffee is old and cold. Not cool. A coffee shop needs to get their coffee right.

This location is definitely one full of local neighborhood customers! The service is quick but not pushy. My orders are always consistent. Sometimes the food and pastries don’t look fresh but I have seen them rotate/discard items at the end of the night so it should taste fresh. They have bar style seating and plenty of different sized tables, including outside, to accommodate study groups, business meetings and just hanging out. Free wifi connection is always strong on my ipad.

Cute little place, nice baristas and delicious coffee!!:) The turtle mochasippi is the BEST… and so is the iced mocha: D P. s. they have a little reward card, where you earn a point per each dollar you spend and after so many points you can get a free coffee!

Went here after my pure barre class. Very convenient location but had to be the worst café au lait I’ve had since the one I had at PJ’s on the Tulane Campus. Unfortunately, I won’t go back to see if it gets better because it was just that bad! Maybe if the coffee didn’t taste like it was three days old, it would’ve been better. Okay, I’m upgrading my stars based on service and the pumpkin pie latte. I’ve kind if become a regular for a girl who said she wasn’t going back. I went in last week and was visibly upset and they were so sweet and nice to me. The location is frequented by regulars that are interesting and friendly as well. I’m officially a new fan! Great job making this better for me! They have done a great job of providing such great service and products that I’m adding another star to the review! The king cake latte is so awesome! This CC’s has transformed this Starbucks girl into a CC’s girl!

Customer service at this location is great. Decent coffee and I don’t really buy pastries, but they always seem to be well stocked in that department. They are fairly busy compared to other locations I have visited and have TONS of regulars. I went several days in a row recently and saw the same people(talking about the same things) almost every day. If you are the type to try and study at a coffee shop so you don’t get distracted at home, this might not be the place for you. It is fairly quiet and there are spots for studying, but between the large amount of traffic and sometimes obnoxious regular crowd, you might not get much done. Then again I’m not much into the chit-chat with strangers and I am relatively easily distracted… If you like to meet new people and shoot the shit, you will meet tons of people here!

Great neighborhood coffee house… My family and I come here often. The chocolate filled croissants are extremely good(nutella filled really)… and they put together a good cappucino. My little girl LOVES the minisippi(small version of the mochasippi frozen coffee drink). The service is always great, the place is clean and cozy, and I always feel especially«neighborhoody» when I see the local parish priest and his buddies enjoying coffee and conversation each morning… and in the evenings, a group of local police officers doing the same… I dont know, when other pleasant people in the community so obviously love a place, I guess it makes me love it too! Bottom Line: If its good enough for the local pastor, its more than good enough for me! Oh yeah, and nutella filled pastries…

I’m back, as promised! Greg was here with his same wonderful personality & great smile! Realizing that I’m just coming into the realm of coffee, he eased me in slowly this evening. He made a latté brevé for me, which is a hot, chocolatey coffee concoction, done with half-and-half milk. It was über delicious! Thankfully, I even remembered to bring in my BPA-free reusable insulated CC coffee cup! Discount! Free wifi and great music here too! I’m glad that this place is in my neighborhood. Thank you Greg & Britney for being such fabulous ambassadors for CC!

When needing caffeine on Metairie Road, this is my go-to spot. The staff are wonderful, and always take time to interact with my three year old daughter. When so many coffee houses look down their noses at children, it means a lot to a Mom to get that sort of approval to having a young child in tow. I always order a café au lait and they always get it right, asking what sweetner I like so they can add it for me. And their munchies are yummy too. Never a bad experience here.

I love this coffee house… Even though it is in a strip mall. The baristas are patient, helpful and friendly, which is good since there is usually a line. They have delicious special community coffees and great pastries. There’s outdoor seating, but I prefer to sit inside so I can forget I’m in a strip mall.
