Prices for used clothing are too high here. I did some research, and discovered that I could purchase comparable– but brand new– clothing items for just a few CENTS more at a high end retail store nearby. Staff is not helpful in looking for items, as well.

I also wanted to like this place, but I left not very happy. I went there to sell a lot of baby clothes, and they were all cleaned, with no stains, and brands like carters. They told me that my clothes weren’t washed and wouldn’t accept them. I washed every one of the clothes before taking them, and the clothes were mostly newborn(and new) because my son is only three months. I left feeling pretty disrespected, it’ll be my last time there, and I won’t be recommending it to friends/family. They also messed up the spelling of my first and last name when I wrote it down, and than spelled it for them, which isn’t that big of a deal, but I mean, it was written down on the paper in handwriting that was readable.

I wanted to like this place, but sadly, I dont. I took in a huge amount of clothing, all had been sorted through with no staining, no tears, nothing wrong with them. They were all the brands which they advertised as buying on their website, mainly Carter’s, children’s place, etc. However, when I went to pick up the rejected clothing and the money, I had an almost full bin left, $ 25, and the excuse that they rejected the others for normal wear and tear and light staining. I went through the clothing when I got home, and there were brand new, never worn or washed items(the tag had been removed) that had been rejected for wear and tear and staining. How does this happen? Additionally, many of the outfits which I had brought in, had been taken apart and only pieces of them bought. I now have about 10 incomplete outfits. I’m not sure how this happened, considering all of the outfits had been put in the box with all the pieces together. Additionally, I washed every single piece of clothing prior to taking it to the store, and had spent hours folding everything neatly to ensure that there were no wrinkles and that everything was in order for the staff. When I picked up the clothing, everything was thrown into the bin, nothing folded, nothing put with items it started out with. These people are snobby to say the least. Advertise what you really, truly want, and that is all Tommy Hilfiger, polo, and other expensive name brand items. This store is not interested in Carter’s, Cherokee, Oshkosh, Gymboree or anything of that nature that is mid-level kids clothing, they want the high dollar stuff. I will never take my clothing here again, for the fact that they made me feel like common trash.

My wife uses this place a lot to buy and sell clothes. Her main complaint is that the amount they pay for buying your clothes is very low. However, their prices on clothes to buy are also low, so it evens things out. Her other complaint is the staff constantly reminding her of their buying policy when she goes there a lot to sell back clothes. As a regular customer, she doesn’t want the policy recited verbatim every time she goes there. Now she does find great deals on clothes and stuff to buy. She especially has good luck with shoes, usually under $ 5. She says that the checkout staff is good. They do have a stamp program where when you fill a card, you get a 15% off coupon, which is a nice bonus. She says that the floor staff is very helpful. They offered her a bag to hold all the shoes she was looking at. They also have shopping carts unlike Kid to Kid, which does not. Parking is not a problem here. Plenty of available spots. 4 stars only because they don’t give much on buybacks and that they recite policies verbatim, with no personal touch.

This place is awesome. Clothes for babies for all seasons. I even saw some costumes. There’s also strollers, car swats, bouncers, swings, and toys for babies. It is basically a thrift store for babies, and let me just say this I found a lot of lil footed pjs for my baby for cheap! I love this place. Saved my pockets so much money and I’m just overall happy. I advise hou to wash the baby clothes even if it looks clean just as a safety precaution. This is the place if you need baby clothes because you get a lot for your buck!!!

If you have a kid or 2, or 3 or whatever you need to check this place out. They have pretty much everything you’ll need, and they also buy old outgrown clothes, toys etc. These are located everywhere, but this location has a very friendly staff. The owners talked to me for several minutes and they are super friendly and helpful. They have used clothes, toys, strollers, breast feeding supplies, videos, movies, games, etc. If you have a newborn that just spits up on everything anyway, why waste $ 30 on a pair of PJs that they’ll just mess up, they have great deals and great prices.
