Contrary to another review here, Revival has never been known as «Legends». Legends is a club located in Metairie which has local coverbands, and is now known as Encore.

Many people remember this place as the old «Legends» bar. Forget that place. REVIVAL is a completely remodeled bar and grill with a dedication towards showcasing local cover bands. Most of the bands that play here pull a heavy crowd. The staff is great. The waitresses are very friendly and the patrons who sit at the bar are respectful. The owners, David and Laurie are top-​notch hosts. David typically sits near the entrance and personally greets each person who enters the establishment. The food is really good. Revival has one of the best burgers you can find in the city. Yes, it is a smoking bar, however there is a lot of ventilation that keeps the smoke moving, and it’s hardly an issue. Revival is the place to go for great music and good drinks with good friends.
