Had a hydrofacial here a few weeks ago and it was a wonderful and relaxing experience – not to mention my skin looked and felt better than it ever has. This salon is a class act! Great customer service, beautiful and spotlessly clean atmosphere. Absolutely perfect in every way. I am looking forward to my next visit. Also, Salon Senoj sells the Barefoot Dreams Cozy Chic line of bath robes, blankets, etc. There is only one other place that sells this line and their selection is small and seasonal. I bought a robe and 2 blankets at Salon Senoj and could not be happier. They went out of their way to make sure I got exactly what I was looking for and I was so appreciative. I highly recommend this salon. It is the best around, in my opinion.

A friend has been going to Salon Senoj for quite some time, she referred me to the place. I have went a few times for waxing services. I feel very comfortable, and can tell that the relationship between customers and employees seems almost family-like. Everyone is very nice, and I am happy every time I leave. I plan on going back soon for more services.

Horrible waxing, missed tons of hair, made me help too much. Kinda snotty receptionist. And, when I called to complain took the owner quite some time to get back to me and he said he’d make it right by comping me a brazillian and leg wax. When I showed up he half assed it and only wanted to comp the brazillian. And, had the nerve to yell at me and say i should have come back immediately. Even after i explained that i wasn’t able to b/c the original waxing was 2 days before my wedding. I had my rehersal dinner the next day, followed by my honeymoon to the beach so i was forced to shave what was left over. You would think a salon/spa owner would understand that it takes time for hair to grow back. Not to mention, that I’ve heard some pretty shady stuff about the guy sexually speaking. But i suppose that’s a whole other can or worms. Bottom line is, if i am paying top dollar for a service, and at supposedly wanna be upscale establishment, i expect to get what i’m paying for. And, for it to be a pleasurable experience, and feel like my business and satisfaction is a priority.
