What a horrible experience we just had here. My husband just wanted to purchase a shirt, we went to wait in line, the lady points for us to walk all the way around the counter just to wait for one person ahead to check out. Being upset with her, we proceeded to the other checkout, across the store. We went and stood in front of the sign that indicates line starts here, some other people walked up and stoop on the right of the sign and when the store cashier was done with the customer ahead of us, she called the person that came after us, and when I walked up she said we were not standing in the correct spot. My frustration is they have no tape on the floor to indicate where to stand, no arrow on the sign pointing where to stand. Just rude cashiers! I don’t think I will ever return to this store.

Do not never ever ever EVER buy jewelry from here. If you send it off to get cleaned or need a ring resized it takes 4 – 6 weeks. Absolutely RIDICULOUS! Save your money & purchase from a jewelry store. The women in fine jewelry are unprofessional anyway.
