I don’t expect much from Subway. At its core it’s still fast food. But I expect the staff there to be courteous, attentive, and at least pretend like they enjoy their jobs and want to be there. This Subway failed to give me any of that. I get it. You’re young, probably working the summer before you start the big adventure that is college. You want to be going out and having fun, not slaving away making sandwiches. But be professional and do your job. Don’t take out your displeasure on your customers.
And learn how to make a damn sandwich. Don’t put so many onions that’s all I’ll taste.

This subway is not much different than any other subway… except that they do not take American Express. It drives me nuts when I come across a vender, especially a large vendor like subway, that is so cheap that they will not pay the extra 1% to accept AMEX… especially since this is my card of choice, and on this particular day, was the only form of payment I carried into the store.
It may sound crazy, but I likely will not go back to this Subway location for the sole reason of them not accepting AMEX.
BOTTOM LINE: Does not accept American Express.
