Terrible customer service. Gel manicure was 2 different colors between left and right hand, manicurist refused to fix it, was very dismissive. Would avoid this place like the plague.

From out of town stop by 2 pick up a few things & have dinner near by. So this place was the only place, the place is dirty. I only wanted a polish change anything else I would of waited till I got back home. Would I come back… Nope… Keep driving!!!

I got a full set with a french tip.
I should of known not to go here when I walked in the door. It was very cluttered and dirty. I simply wanted the convenience of going to a nail salon in the mall. The older man was very rushed when doing my nails. He kept dropping things and got the wet acrylic all over my fingers. Not only that he was very brutal with the filing leaving my cuticles bleeding and he sanded off a good chunk of my friends finger. The nails weren’t even or symmetrical. He then handed me off to a girl who did the French tip. She didn’t even let me choose the white which was not a pretty white… i didn’t know that was possible. She then globbed it on my fingers and didn’t even clean up the lines. Which I’m pretty sure is common practice. She up changed me a dollar when I asked her to fix one line on the nail. The polish was old and took forever to dry. One day later my nails are already lifting and I can see particles in the clear part. Absolutely not worth the 29 dollars I spent and I don’t know how they are still in business. One of the worst nail salons.

They weren’t very welcoming. The older guy had a rude attitude towards me once I walked in. Then the lady rushed to do my nails & didn’t even paint them right. Definitely not going back.

It’s not a fancy place, but they do a good job. The ladies are friendly and the prices are reasonable. I’ve been here many times and have had a good experience every time except the most recent time, when the woman doing my pedicure and eyebrow waxing didn’t pay any attention to what she was doing.
On Saturdays it can be very busy and crowded, so go during the week if possible.
The two guys who seem to run the place seem to be a little pimp-​ish and often watch movies on their laptops while the ladies work. They seem pretty oblivious to customers most of the time.
Every time I’ve been in, there are customers of all ethnicities and everyone seems to be happy with the work done. I’ve seen the technicians do some pretty intricate nail designs.
Overall, I think it’s a good value, and it’s in the mall, so I can kill two birds with one stone.

Rude. They do not take/​make appointments. Rude. There is no ventilation in their closed-​in shop. Did I mention… Rude?
My first impression was so bad, I walked out without receiving any services. Go elsewhere.
