Nails R Us

Nails R Us just lost a customer! I went in for a full set and a toe polish. After the lady filed my nails to the length I asked for I realized later that they were still a bit too long and once I asked her to file them a little more everything went downhill. She had a HORRIBLE attitude. She acted as if she did not want to do anything I asked her. She painted my nails SO sloppily, literally globs of paint were falling from the paint brush. She threw my hands around between painting them. She was rough with pretty much everything. I will never come back here again. I was literally on the verge of just walking out.

I got a full set and a pedicure. My place I always go wasn’t open yet, so I had to settle for this cheap and nasty place.
The lady had gloves on while doing my pedicure, then she takes some solution and proceeds to RUB the BOTTOM OF HER FEET while having the gloves on, and then tries to touch my feet to continue my pedicure. Really?!! I should have left with that first red flag. I told her to change her gloves and wash her hands, which she did but how UNPROFESSIONAL with her nasty self.
They took WAY too long and then their credit card machine was not working. then made me pay 2 extra dollars for no reason!!! I asked why and they said because I didn’t do the white tip with acrylics.
I do not know if it has anything to do with race, but do not come here. So unprofessional and horrible. They gyped me out of my money and I will never ever return. I did not tip for this reason and will not recommend to anyone.
Tipping is a courtesy and they did not receive mine.

I walked in and said I wanted a mani pedi. I was told it would be a 10 min wait. No big deal it was rush houry. 30 min later they took me to The chair and it was empty. They had me sit there another 20 min. The stranger waiting before me was in the chair next to me once they sat me. They’d only just filled up the foot bowl. She looked at me with a «don’t waste your time». After looking around and not even being acknowledged I painted my own nails with the color is chosen then slapped on my shoes and walked out. Again, no acknowledgement. The only reason I was even there THAT long was due to the lovely company. I met some cute gals while waiting.

Came here for the first time today & so glad I did. Amazing service, very skilled workers, & great prices! Got a full set for $ 20. Absolutely loved the outcome! This will definitely be my go to nail salon from now on!

The wait wasn’t long and they really took good care of my nails and made sure I was completely satisfied I did get confused by the address because it’s wrong on this app but I change it so there should be no more issues. Friendly place with friendly ppl… Definitely will be coming back.

I was so impressed with this place!!!
They advertise that they close at 7 but I was taken well after that time. I wasn’t rushed and made to feel like I was a bother. My nails look beautiful and I promised I would return… Which I fully intend to do. I would highly recommend this place. I was very pleased with the service.

This is my go to place for nails. The service is great. I always get full set. They are always open to try new things, so don’t be afraid to ask about a special design. The rhinestones they put on my nails don’t fall on. They have really skilled people. Love this place.
