Not happy at all with my experience here. Have a 3pm appointment and it’s been 30 mins and I still haven’t been able to see the doctor or anyone. The receptionist seem to be nice but everyone else doesn’t even acknowledge you (at least that is what I am experiencing right now as I type this.) not sure if they are going through a renovation but the way the glasses are display are not organized and seem a bit messy.

Consistently superior service for examinations and frame selection. Better service than the uptown location.
Examinations are super speedy, with retinal visualization able to be done via a quick photo — no obnoxious dilation needed!
Best selection of designer frames, at least in the Metairie/​Kenner area. Unless you’re looking for bargain basement frames that you’ll likely see on 100 other people, it’s a no-​brainer.
