I go here a few times a week before work but today my coffee had bugs floating in it. Gross. Never going back to this place again. Clean it up!

Very slow 25 minutes to take my order on my lunch hour which is only 30 minutes long nine people in the whole lobby

Very poor customer service. I’m not the person that complains a lot because I too work in a restaurant but on my last visit the drive thru worker was very rude on 4÷23÷2016 at 2:20pm. She may have been having a bad day or personal issues but that shouldn’t affect the service you give to customers

This Wendy’s is the worst one I have ever been to in my life. No spoons, no tea, no bottle water, they handed me my fries not in a bag and the service is awful. These people must really dislike their job. Plus, you have to ask for a receipt.

I would give this location zero stars if I could. I’ve been here several times and every single time, it has taken approximately 20 minutes to get through the line when there were only 1 – 2 cars ahead of me. The employees ignore you in line. Do not go to this Wendy’s!

I really hate to be THAT person that deals a one star review. I find no pleasure in it. But… sometimes it is absolutely necessary. I’ve given this place MANY tries since it is right down the street from my workplace and there aren’t too many quick food options around for my coworkers and I. So despite my better judgement, I continued to give this place chances time and time again for the sake of the convenient location. However, I finally cannot justify anymore of this madness! See below for my list of complaints: a) I have waited in the drive through line when NO other cars were in front of me for over 15 minutes while they ignored me at the window, after I had already placed my order. I can name at least one instance where I just drove off and said«Forget it! It’s not worth it!» But even when they ARE serving you(either in the to-go line or inside) they are certainly in no rush. This location is notorious for possibly the slowest service I have ever encountered from a fast food restaurant. b) There have been NUMEROUS times that I have asked for a typical menu item like a cup of chili or a currently advertised salad or sandwich on the menu and they said they didn’t have it. Really? Like you continuously run out of these staple items at 11:30am? It seems to me that you just don’t care to make whatever it is so you just say you are«out» when really you are just being lazy! There! I said it! I don’t care! I mean I just refuse to believe that at one point in time they have been«out» of nearly every menu option possible before the lunch rush has even started conveniently on the days that I happen to go there. This statistically cannot be a random and unfortunate coincidence. c) My coworkers have found hair in their food from this location numerous times. I have also personally experienced stale bread from here numerous times. I also notice many of them aren’t wearing gloves when I order inside which I only started to pay attention to after the hair incident. d) Their fries are cold about 70% of the time even when ordering during peak lunch hours. Like… why…how? e) If you ask for anything special, like maybe you don’t want mustard or tomatos, etc. then you have a 50⁄50 chance that they will actually get it right. About half the time they never get it right which makes ordering for fellow co-workers a nightmare. Also, if you have any special requests that they don’t feel like accommodating than they will often answer with the phrase«we don’t do that here.» I mean they really just don’t care about your personal happiness… they just don’t. Bottom Line: I’ve been to good, mediocre and bad Wendy’s locations before and this place is by far the worst. They clearly don’t care about making you happy or your business so I say don’t bother giving it to them.

It’s worth the trip to another Wendy’s. Easily the worst fast food restaurant in the greater New Orleans area. Routinely out of everything(tonight it was EVERY salad). Employees are almost always new and are asking their supervisors basic questions(tonight it was ‘how do you mark it no tomatoes?’). Almost always have long wait times for simple orders(tonight the woman ahead of me got 2 value meals with no special instructions & received her food 20 mins later).

The slow food movement has conquered this fast food outlet. I stopped going here at peak hours because of the tortuously long and slow moving line. I mean is this everone’s first day on the job? And by everyone mean the 2 ½ people the owners have working per shift. Abominable. Anywway so I went there the other day at 2pm to avoid the line. Nope. Eight people. Eight people at 2pm? I shouldn’t have been surprised. So I say to myself(as I do every time I go here) «NEVERCOMINGBACK.» As for the food… it’s Wendy’s. And I will be back cuz it’s half a block from work and I often have food emergencies.

Burnt fries with cold nuggets. I’ve eaten here plenty of times as I live near it. It is the worst Wendy’s in the area. Honestly, they are all pretty bad. Ate in here one night while the manager was at a table giving an employee a performance review. I’ll spare the details but ask, why do this in public? Needless to say it wasn’t going well for her. I wanted to walk over and give the manager my meal and ask him why he couldn’t institute a little quality control with his product as well. The new fountain drink machine is more of an inconvenience. It dispenses both ice and drink. This often causes a line to back up at the machine.

It’s a fast food place, I don’t know what people are expecting from it other than exactly that. This Wendy’s happens to be located on my route to work and is a nice place to grab a quick lunch before I head in. The thing that really makes this one stand out is the fountain drinks. Rather than the usual bank of taps for different drinks there is one machine with a touch screen. On that screen are many options, both regular and diet, including Coke Zero, which I prefer. Selecting your drink brings you to a sub-menu with up to a half-dozen flavors you can add! Want cherry CZ? Got it. How about vanilla? Got that. Orange? Lime? Cherry vanilla combo? Got all that. I hope these fountain drink machines turn up in more locations.

So, it’s 8:30p on a Sunday night and I haven’t eaten since about 10a… my brain says, «go to Whole Foods and get a slice of pizza» and then I decide by the time I get to WF I can be in and out of the drive thru at Wendy’s. NEVERAGAIN! So, it’s super rare I get fast food, I don’t know what the hell I was thinking besides«drive thru» and get back home. HUGEMISTAKE. So I order a number #1 and try to make it a little better for me by getting the baked potato instead of the fries. The drive thru chick is in such a hurry to move me through I forget to tell them how I want it so I get it the old generic way. OK, so I get home and I add my sour cream on my potato and the sour cream is BEYONDSOUR… damn it! I race to the kitchen to try and scape it all off and lose have the potato in the process. Then I open up the burger and I’m not kidding they have 7 pickles on this little burger and the onion. Yuck! I know it’s my bad for not telling them no onion or pickles but 7 pickles?! The whole thing was just pretty gross. I should have gone to Whole Food and got the pizza. I’m done with Wendy’s!

This Wendy’s is close to the Causeway bridge, making it the perfect place to pick up a snack, use the restroom or grab a water for that 24 mile commute. The employees aren’t particularly friendly, but they aren’t rude either. Because they are a high volume location, they keep the traffic flowing. Even late in the evening, your food will get to you quickly. I guess that is the purpose of a «fast food» establishment after all. A word of advice to causeway commuters. Make sure your food is situated prior to leaving the drive through. Smashing into my vehicle because you need to add ketchup is unacceptable.
