I wish I could gove this review less the 1 star. This is the 4th time in a row my husband and I have been to this KFC and they have not remained open as late as their website states. If you show up after 930PM do not expect to get service. The website shows they remain open until 11pm, but that is hardly the case. The 2 times before that we went there they would only serve us Taco Bell and refused to sell any items from the KFC branch of the store. The only time we were successfully able to order food from this store, 2 pieces of chicken in our meal were battered and fried chicken bones with no meat about the soze of a half dollar. Do not waste your time or money at this establishment. Go to one of the many other restaurants in the area. Popeyes is only about 10 minutes away.

We love KFC’s food but this location is best avoided. There never seems to be any chicken ready for purchase, so you have to wait a long time every time, and you can pretty much count on the employees screwing something up – they forget something, or give you the wrong thing. Once I had to drive all the way back because they’d forgotten to give me the popcorn chicken I ordered and paid for. The employee sighed and rolled her eyes — no apology, just attitude. She then turned away and had a two minute discussion with another employee while holding the tongs she was going to use to put my popcorn chicken into the little box before finally, FINALLY giving me the food I had paid for and then driven all the way back to retrieve. Mistakes happen, sure, but it would be nice if it seemed like someone cared when they did.
